As you approach the over-sized covered front porch, you will notice it is adorned beautifully with ''Old Chicago'' brick. With 10 foot ceilings & huge 8 foot doors on both the first and second level, this open and airy home, exuding a modern coastal ambience, will offer you and your whole family the peace & tranquility of the ideal coastal getaway.
It's prime location, a short skip from Scenic Highway 30A, is just minutes from the sugary-white shores of Dune Allen Beach, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options, all along County Highway 30A!
Beautiful hardwood floors, Granite counter-tops, Shiplap Walls, and beachy undertones are just a few of the features that make this multi-level home worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfy furnishings while the dining area offers seating for up to 4 guest, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The large, open-plan Living and Dining Room offer plenty of room for entertaining the whole family, with plenty of room on the couch around the large, wall-mounted TV.
