The kitchen boasts high end stainless steel appliances, gourmet electric range, and breakfast bar with seating for 3. The living room features a comfy sectional, some cushy swivel chairs and a mounted flat screen T.V. Plenty of room around the T.V. for the whole clan!
The spacious master suite is located on the second floor, featuring a mounted T.V., a walk-in closet, and en-suite master bath with walk-in shower. A second guest suite with a King bed and private bath with walk-in shower is also located upstairs. The second floor also holds an additional Queen bedroom and a bunk-room with a set of Full-over-Full bunks with a Pullout Twin Trundle. Every Bedroom has it's own private Bathroom, with an extra one to spare, no sharing bathrooms on this vacation!
This beautiful home offers a screened in porch, as well as a propane grill. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the exterior dining room table, under the shady screened-in front porch, or on the bench on the back porch, or on a chaise-lounger located on the wrap-around balcony upstairs! Take a short stroll through the garden and follow the footpath to reach the ‘Dragonfly’ community pool, or hop on one of the 3 (provided) bikes, or the included 6-seater golf cart, to explore more of WaterColor’s many districts or the nearby beautiful coastal village of Seaside.
30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. The WaterColor Beach Club:
This home has access to the The WaterColor Beach Club, approximately 1.8 miles through the Camp and Cottage Districts.
PLEASE NOTE: WaterColor is undergoing some updates to be even more amazing! The Beach Club is expanding, and during the construction process, beach access, beach side service including chairs and towels, as well as food service and restroom options will still be available. Below, we have listed the areas effected and when they are scheduled to be available for use. These dates are subject to change.

The pools currently available are the LakeHouse Pool, Sand Hill (Frog) Pool, Camp Pool, and the Dragonfly Pool next door to the home! You have a ton of options to take a dip, just pick one and enjoy your trip!

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Three Little Birds' at WaterColor Crossings on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Three Little Birds.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.
