Sugar Beach Cottage at Naturewalk on 30A

The booking process was very easy. The home was beautiful and provided everything we needed for our group. The area was gorgeous and provided a lot of walking trails. It was a slight disappointment that you have to be 21 to drive the golf cart as our 3 20 year old children would have used this far more if they were able to. The area is very close to the beach and the community pool was fabulous! We will definitely be visiting this area again.

The toilet in the upstairs master bathroom wouldn’t stop running. You had to wait till the tank refilled after flushing then wiggle the handle to get it to stop running. The stain on the ceiling in the living room appeared as though the toilet had overflow before. The charging cord for the golf cart looked like it would catch fire if plugged in too long and did spark when we tried to charge it . The handle on the laundry room door came off every time I pulled it open. Definitely needs some routine maintenance/upkeep

The home was beautiful and perfect for our family with two small kids (they loved the bunk beds!). Location was very good, and the golf cart made everything accessible to us. We'll be back!

A few extra rolls of TP, paper towels, dish soap, and garbage bags would have been helpful. Otherwise good.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house, location, and amenities are fantastic. It is the perfect set up for families and groups. The house is spacious and decorated beautifully, coastal and beach themed. There are plenty of spaces to sleep for big families. Our kids LOVED the bunk bed room. Each bunk bed had its own light and TV. All of the appliances in the kitchen and laundry room are new and well kept. The house is clean and stocked with plenty of clean and crisp white pillows and blankets. We made a few trips to Publix to buy more dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags. The cleaning company left a few pods and trash bags, but our big group needed more for our week long stay. The pools and hot tub were within a two minute from the house. The Nature Walk was steps from the back door. The golf cart was charged and ready for fun when we arrived. We hardly drove our car during the week. We golf carted everywhere! Seaside and Watercolor were within 10 minutes of the house. Publix was five minutes from the house. The management company was responsive and friendly. We have stayed at many AirBnbs over the years, and I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family.

We loved our stay at Sugar Beach Cottage! The Nature Walk community is beautiful and the house was so clean, beautiful and roomy. The included golf cart was so fantastic and made our trip better! My daughter and her boyfriend rode the bikes every morning and loved them! We had some technical difficulty with the TV but the customer line was very responsive and the TV was replaced very quickly. We had 8 adults, two toddlers and a baby and the home provided us plenty of room and personal space. We were really thankful that none of our 8 adults had to sleep on bunk beds. The pool was wonderful, and the access to nearby restaurants, stores and of course the beach was perfect! The provided beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest and sand toys were such a wonderful surprise- thank you!! The patio furniture is some of the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for us all. Thank you for having the option of a regular coffee pot! We also had everything we needed for preparing meals for our group. If you go during the busy season, I highly suggest online grocery delivery from Publix so that you can avoid the crazy congestion in the nearby store on the weekend. The house is very well supplied, but we stayed for 8 nights and needed to buy a couple rolls of TP and paper towels, salt and pepper and laundry detergent. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the living room couches. They were a topic of conversation most of the week. Most of us didn’t want to sit on them due to being so hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, we loved our time at Sugar Beach Cottage and can not wait to come back!!

The reservation and check in system is very good. The experience with the house was incredible. It was very clean on check in. The house has great amenities with a lot of extras such as beach chairs, gold cart, bikes, other beach accessories. Customer Service Reps responsive. We will be back.

Great house and location. A few issues but all were resolved very quickly. Faulty smoke alarm. Had to be repaired twice. Blow out on golf cart. They were there and had it repaired within the hour. Beach Walk peeps were super friendly and accommodating. We will be using them again

Our weekend trip was amazing! We came to enjoy the beach, but Sugar Beach Cottage stole the show! Everything was absolutely gorgeous, the kitchen, front porch, bathrooms, the beds, I literally felt I was living a dream while there. The beach is .9 miles from the home, you can't take the nature walk, or a 3 minute drive to public access parking. There is room here for everyone to have their own space comfortably, and room for everyone to come together as well. The meals we had at Sugar Beach were wonderful, partly because the kitchen is begging you to cook and also so the entire family can sit together. The pictures are fantastic, but you will have to see it to believe it. Anyone looking for the perfect family home near the beach--look no further--Paradise has been found! Thanks you guys for a great time, and we will definitely be back soon!

The refiderator was not keeping up, temp was around 45 to 50 degrees, had very small ants in the kitchen, had to throw away some food. Besides the changing of the gate codes to the pool, the house was wonderful, great location, and the couple of issues we had were promptly taken care of through the contact number I was given. Would recommend the area, and beach walk for doing a great job! Thanks again
