Pack your swimsuit, beach towel, sun tan lotion and come Stay on 30A! You are all set for a wonderful vacation in Seagrove Beach on Highway 30A! The white sugar sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf are a short walk away.

This condo is located on the first floor and has a lovely view of the lush courtyard at Beachwood Villas. Follow the boardwalk to one of the two pools, play tennis on the lighted courts, or try your skills at shuffleboard. Grills and picnic tables are scattered throughout the eight-acre beautifully landscaped grounds. The community also has a cornhole toss for the kid's!

Freshly updated with coastal décor, Stay on 30A at Beachwood Villas features a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, 2 swivel chairs and an oversized ottoman. New flat screen TVs are in the living room and bedroom. Wireless Internet and a DVD player are provided for your stay. Seating for four at the dining room table and for two at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has quartz countertops, flat top stove with oven, dishwasher, and stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker.

The bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan and a large closet. The large bathroom has a tub with shower, new vanity and sink.

The owners of Stay on 30A take pride in their vacation home and are constantly updating and improving the condo during their many visits during the year. Enjoy the shops and restaurants along 30A! The bike/walking path that connects to Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach is across the street.

30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Stay on 30A at Beachwood Villas. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Stay on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Attention: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

I have been staying at Beachwood Villas for over 15 years, love it there! I've stayed in this unit 3-5 times, always a great trip. A couple notes from our last stay that may help in the future. The sliding door was off track when we came in, I had to lift it up and put it back into the track in order to close and lock it. The toaster does not work. There wasn't a blanket for the pull out sofa bed. Tiny ants were scouting during our first couple days, we made sure to keep food off the counters and closed tightly, and by the end of your stay they were marching right in and lined from the back wall of the sink to the sink. I'm only listing the negatives... but the positives always outweigh them.

Condo was very clean and pretty perfect for a beach getaway. Our unit had washer/dryer so that was extremely convenient. Toaster didn't work, and sliding door was no fun but that still didn't stop it from being 5 star. Location was great minus the beach being mostly private, which I understand has nothing to do with Beachwood. We will certainly be back.

Our stay was lovely! Unit was very clean! Agent responded immediately to a (minor) plumbing issue. We always stay beachfront but our go to was booked for our dates. Easy short walk to the beach and pool a few steps away. Very close to convenience store for last minute items. Highly recommend.

We had to fix the toilet seat lid. It wouldn’t stay up until we realized we needed to twist the knobs on the back. More blankets/comforter for the pull out couch would be better.

Unit was very clean and well maintained. Location was perfect with easy walk to beach, dining and shopping. The complex was nice and quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and there were plenty of towels, linens, and pillows provided. Beds were very comfortable and the washer and dryer in unit were a nice perk. Communication was good with property management before and during stay. Check in and out was very easy. Overall a very pleasant and lovely stay.

Wonderfully clean condo for a nice long weekend getaway. Easy to find with great proximity to the beach. The only two pieces of negative feedback were that there were no extra blankets-including none for the sofa bed (there were sheets but no blankets). The heater in was also not working on the pool which made it unusable while we were there.
