Beach Access: The Preserve community features deeded beach access right across 30A. Approximately .4 miles from the community is a shaded boardwalk to the beach.
Blue Mountain Beach Access: This public beach access .06 miles from the home with parking, restrooms and seasonal lifeguards.

Tucked amidst Point Washington State Forest and just north of Big Redfish Lake, The Preserve at Grayton Beach offers seaclusion and tranquility in the soul of 30A. The Preserve is located just minutes from all the shopping and dining of the nearby Gulf Place, Seaside, and WaterColor. A short stroll leads you to a secluded boardwalk to the beach, a beautiful trek culminating in the shimmering white sands and emerald blue waters the Emerald Coast is famous for. The Community enjoys great amenities including two pools (one seasonally heated), two tennis courts, and a workout facility.
Granite countertops, crown molding, hardwood floors, plush furnishings, and a light coastal ambiance best describes this beautiful 3rd floor beach bungalow. The dining area offers seating for 6 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. A very large balcony with plenty of furniture allows you to get the most out of the warm Florida, while overlooking serene state forest views. The master suite holds a king bed, flat screen T.V, and a large master bath with double vanities, walk-in shower, and separate tub. An additional two bedrooms with queen beds, private bathrooms, and T.V.'s are located on the opposite end.

Everything was nicely decorated and extremely clean!!! My only two concerns were the stains on the mattress for the sofa bed and the mold on the vent in the master bathroom.

The property was beautiful and spacious. It had everything we needed for our vacation. We really enjoyed our time in Santa Rosa. The entire area was really nice. We will definitely return and rent through BeachWalk vacations!!

Beach walk was very responsive to all issues we had. It was frustrating to not have water for 2 of our 4 days due to a leak and even more frustrating to get stuck in an elevator. Fortunately we were able to pull the doors open and get out on our own. I did appreciate beachwalk being so responsive but there were a few hiccups with the facility.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The furnishings inside the unit were beautiful. The rooms were spacious. The fact that there was a bathroom for every room was fabulous! One detail: there was a coffee maker in unit 302, but there was no coffee pot to go with it. A couple of suggestions: provide a couple of plastic mixing bowls and a couple of lightweight teflon-covered frying pans. And have available a property map in the unit that shows the buildings for both the east and west properties, the pools, the tennis courts, the connecting paths and the entrance to the beach boardwalk. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out where everything was located because the information sent by links in paragraph form wasn't clear enough.

It was a great stay and beautiful location right down the street from the best ice cream shop and beautiful board walk with no steps into the sand. Loved it and will be coming back next year!
