Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.
No Pets Pets are not permitted in Poppy's Place. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. Violations may also results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Everything was perfect. The unit is beautiful and well stocked. Perfect for a family vacation. The kids loved the bunk room. We had a small issue with parking because we had 3 vehicles, but we were able to work it out. I would definitely recommend it for a family looking for a fun weekend.

We had a wonderful time! Everything was beautiful! We felt that the house was sanitized very well. The only downfall was that we had to leave. I hope to visit the area again soon and I will definitely book this home if it is available. Loved it!

Poppy's place was a lot of fun . It was clean and had very comfy beds. While having the thanksgiving meal my mom really like being able to look out on the canal. There were cute frogs in the window at night . The kids loved it. The golf cart was definitely an adventure. It was so much fun that I want to buy one now . We had a wonderful Thanksgiving time at Poppy's place !🙂 We highly recommend you stay here .

THE HOUSE WAS LARGE ENOUGH FOR THE ENTIRE GROUP. IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND CONFORTABLE. WE DID HAVE DIFFICULTY WITH THE GOLF CART BEING ABLE TO KEEP A CHARGE OR GO FAST ENOUGH TO PREVENT TRAFFIC JAM. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE A 6 SEATER.

We visit Sandestin several times a year and decided to rent something different. This place is spectacular! It is so nicely appointed and incredibly clean. It was like staying in a Martha Stewart approved luxury home. We had zero problems during our visit - we just wanted to enjoy our stay even longer. The rooms were are very large and conveniently had full bathrooms. The golf cart was great! We’ve stayed at Le Jardin before and they are nice but it was challenging to haul luggage to them. With this place, you just pull right up to your own residence. The tv’s, fridge, etc., were all of high end quality as were the bedding sheets, towels, etc. It was an amazing FIRST CLASS experience but was surprisingly affordable. The folks that joined our family loved it too. Thanks for making this beautiful home available to us and we can’t wait to return soon.
