We had a great stay. Everything was nice and the location was also great. It seems the area because of the water creates critter infestations. I don't know what can be done if anything, but maybe a little more effort by the exterminators. That is the only thing that keeps us from giving 5 Stars.

Clean the outside areas. The garage and the back patio and balcony were nasty. Balcony had beer bottles full of cigarettes and the patio was full of cigarette ashes and smelled. The garage had a bucket with a tackle box in it...with bait shrimp in it...the smell was awful. We booked this reservation with tram passes and did not receive them because the owner opted out of paying for this service...but it was and is on the property info

We really enjoyed the home and the community. Pool and entertainment was only a walk or golf cart ride away. I will definitely be back next year for our vacation.

Beautiful property! The pictures didn't do it justice. Having the golf cart and bicycles made our stay wonderful and gave every one in our party freedom explore. The only negative was the instructions to get on WIFI were unclear, so we couldn't access it for a couple of days, and the video games didn't work, so the teens with us weren't completely happy. We also didn't have the Tram passes as expected. However, the accommodations were excellent and we will re-book again. Thank you for a beautiful home away from home.
