Beautiful condo with a spectacular view!

None of the Tv’s worked and the sinks and bathrooms were a little dirty upon arrival but everything else was good. Thanks

Refriderator service light kept going off and on all week. Other than that great Condo

Loved the condo and the beauty of the area. It fit our family beautifully. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The view could not have been better. Amazing. A few suggestions: we felt the supplies of basics were limited and insufficient. I did call and ask for more toilet paper, but I would have thought there would be at least two extra rolls in each bathroom instead of one. We did not call for more paper towels and instead went and bought a two pack. We did not call for more dish soap and if someone else hadn’t left a box under the sink would have needed more. We had 9 people and did the dishwasher every day and they only left us 2 packages. There was no tin foil or cling wrap or the basics a kitchen usually has. We bought and left some sandwich bags. We did not call for Kleenex and instead bought a couple of boxes and left them. We really appreciated the two boogie boards and used them daily. But that was the only extra amenity left by the owners. We were very surprised and disappointed they didn’t share bikes or beach towels or anything like that. We’ve been in other condos where several toys or leisure equipment was available to use. Those are minor disappointments, and it was about location — which won an A ++. Thanks for all your help. Loved our stay at the crossings. The only trouble that we had was finding the security office to get the gate code and parking passes. The address was not included in the welcome codes. We also had trouble parking. It was not clear which space was designated to our unit. The view was amazing. Easy access to beach, restaurants, and activities. The beach was not crowded at all!

We had a fantastic time! The property and views were beautiful. We hope to return in the near future! Thank you!

Our stay was nice, but, there were stains on the carpet in the master bedroom and the in the refrigerator did not work. We did not see any cards for uses of the pool and beach club so wasn’t sure what was needed to get into those places therefore we did not use those facilities. We did not state that we would be checking out early, therefore our plan was to leave the property at 10:00 am per the check out requirements. The cleaning crew knocked on our door at 9:35 as we were trying to get packed up to leave. We told them check out time was at 10:00 am and that is what time we would be leaving. They proceeded to leave all of their cleaning supplies right outside of the door that we had to go around trying to get our stuff out to our car. Very annoying.

This was a fantastic house with a great view.

The overall experience was great and location was perfect and we plan on returning. Attention needed- Food, candy wrappers and dirty dish under bed in the two bed room. Toaster broken on one side. Ice maker would not dispense ice. Had to dump a few times. Lower door stops broken. Loose hardware on bathroom doors. Carpets stained and not sure if master bathroom carpet was fresh. Blinds not working in other bedroom. Front door needs attention. Opening and closing was a chore. Main flooring left our feet black. Used bar soap left in 2 bathrooms. Guard shack hard to locate. We stay at many VRBO properties and by far my family was pleasantly happy but these are just suggestions to keep in mind especially when spending $5k for a week. Just expected more for the price.
