It was an easy stay with all we needed.

Very nice property. Easy access to Seaside/Watercolor. Nature Walk is very nice. Gathering Place (pool area) is very nice and clean. We stayed at 47 River Oats Lane. As stated above, nice property. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. Towels, linens, etc. all are very comfortable. Golf cart makes the stay great. Kitchen appliances are very good and user friendly. Lacking in the kitchen area are utentils (pots,bowls,dish towels, etc.) Parking is a huge problem. For a property to be advertised to sleep 12, parking is impossible. It's a dealkiller. Also a huge problem is the television system. There are no written directions for usage. The remote has no working guides. Also, the thermostat is controlled by the owner. Not a huge problem, but probably more of an inconvenience to the owner. Beachwalk Vacations (management company) was excellent. Their rep, Megan, came out to help with the TV situation and couldn't have been nicer or more concerned. TV still didn't work. Can't say enough about Beachwalk Vacations. They answered all of our calls. They had no solutions for the parking issue.

We stayed at 47 River Oats which is a beautiful property but we do have a few suggestions that would greatly improve the guest experience! First, hooks on the back of the bathroom and water closet doors are really needed for bathrobes, towels, etc. Second, throw pillows and a throw/blanket or two are really needed in the living room area. We moved 4 of the pillows from the master suite down to the couches (they actually matched perfectly and were not really needed in the bedroom anyway) and bought 2 blankets from a local store, but it was the first time we have ever had to do something like that in a rental property. Third, the AV setup in the living room area was extremely confusing and there was no explanation for how to work the TV. We were never able to adjust the volume on it and the receiver is very slow to pick up on changing the channel or any kind of activity. Also, some of the floor mats were very industrial and there were so many of them we sometimes almost tripped over them. Finally, even after watching the videos, we were never able to get the porch doors to securely lock or stay closed firmly. All these are obviously very small things and we absolutely loved our stay at the property and would be happy to stay there again! We were also very impressed with BeachWalk's operations and services in the booking, check in, and check out process.

We had a great time, once we got over the bright yellow leather furniture! This house could easily be one of your top properties except for the fact that none of the porches are screened. That is a real problem for us and the very reason we would never rent this house again. We come down 2 weeks in the spring and 2 weeks in the fall and would make this house our number 1 choice even if only the top porch was screened.

We loved our stay! It worked out perfectly with our two young boys! The pool and playground area were extremely convenient. Riding in the golf cart thrilled them and made getting around to everything super easy. The bikes made is really easy to get to the beach. The house itself is comfortable and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the knives in the kitchen were sharp (those things are typically things we find we complain the most about on trips). Our only real complaints are the ice maker in the fridge couldn't keep up with making more then 10-20 cubes a day, definitely not enough when trying to fill waterbottles for the beach. The dishwasher was poorly installed so the racks fly out at you when you open the door. It would be nice to have more non-breakable drinkware for kids or going outside. Didn't want to give them the very breakable glassware stocked. We truly loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The house was really clean upon arrival. It had just about everything that we needed. The bikes were in excellent condition was the golf cart. A few things that I would suggest: hand towels. There were an abundance of towels and some wash cloths, however there were no hand towels. We bought some to use while we were there. There were way too many rugs everywhere, which is ok, except that the runners in the downstairs hall and upstairs hall were messed up on the corner. Every time I walked upstairs I tripped on the corner of the runner. I would recommend getting rid of the rugs on the front porch. They stayed wet the entire time from the rain and it was uncomfortable to walk on barefoot to sit outside. The deck would have dried out whereas the rugs stayed wet. The cushions on the furniture on the front porch need a good cleaning as they were really dirty. The fans on the front porch and the front door could also use a good scrubbing. The dishwasher needs to be leveled. It leans forward so when you open the door the top rack rolls out and pushes the door down. My foot was smashed several times because of the dishwasher door falling down on it. The 2nd floor bedroom mattress was a bit firm, but not too bad. In spite of these issues I would still recommend the house. If these few issues are remedied I would give the house 5 stars.

Seamless experience from booking, checking in and out. Great vacation

The listing needs to be clear that there are no paths to the beach if you have any kind of tent or equipment for small children. You have to drive on MAIN roads in the golf cart or car.

Loved having golf cart and bikes to get around. Pool and park nearby are super fun. Also used sand volleyball and pickleball courts. Enchanting neighborhood and close to all of seaside

Our stay was wonderful the house was excellent great location close to everything and the beach and wonderful amenities very helpful and quick responses when needed only complaint would be the queen bedroom the bed seems broken it was dipping in the middle so that made it a bit uncomfortable but other then that no complaints we can’t wait to rent it again!

This property was more than expected. Loved it! Clean, property management was awesome & the outdoor areas made all the difference.

Great stay all around. All the information and app from BeachWalk was great. House was very nice and a pleasure to stay in. Half of the blender was missing and replaced with a tiny personal blender so little frustrating but there was action on our request. Lastly golf cart was great but battery died quickly as one of the battery terminals is heavily corroded. Pool was amazing. Overall 5 star stay will definitely be back.

House and neighborhood were great. Had some cleaning concerns when we arrived but Beachwalk attended to these right away. We spent some time indoors due to weather and I will say that indoor seating is limited. Yellow couches very uncomfortable and dirty. House could use a Deep clean. Walls have dark smudges and splatters throughout. I cleaned a lot of sticky mess off cabinets when we arrived. Golf cart and bikes were great as well as outdoor seating. Lovely neighborhood with friendly people.

1. The house was very accommodating and the cleaning crew was an hour behind when we got there but it wasn’t their fault. The guest before us left so much stuff and it took them longer to clean it. They did a good job. 2. Dealing with renters only through the message app is very frustrating . Could have handled things much more quickly with a short phone call. 3. The thermostats were set on an automatic schedule and would change during the night and we would all wake up hot around 2 am. We couldn’t control them. Would be helpful to be able to adjust them. 4. Overall we loved our stay and made many family memories
