Visit Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast and white sandy beaches at 'Tide the Knot', where guests can experience a relaxing and memorable family trip to 30A. This vacation getaway offers premium accommodations for up to 12 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Featuring a short walk to the beach, a private, in-ground pool, wrap-around porch, outdoor grilling and a great view from the third floor.
Upon entering 'Tide the Knot', guests will be greeted by a large open floor plan in the living room with a bright welcoming beach theme. The first floor has a well appointed kitchen with GE stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar for four and an adjacent dining table for 6. In the first floor guest bedroom there are two sets of bunks, a Full over Full and a Twin over Twin, with a flat screen TV and walk-in closet.
The second floor holds another guest bedroom with a queen bed, private balcony, personal TV and an a joining full bathroom. In the Master Suite lies a king sized bed, walk-in closet, an extra closet, TV, and its own private balcony overlooking the pool area. The private master bathroom comes with dual sinks and a stand-alone shower.
Head on up to the third floor and be visually rewarded with wonderful gulf views, views of Seagrove Beach or some night time star gazing! This loft area holds a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and its own balcony! Come have a 'Shell of a Good Time' in this beautiful beach home!

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Tide the Knot.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Tide the Knot.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.

The house was nicely decorated and set up! The location to the beach was great - a short walk. The pool area was amazing, truly fun and enjoyable. We also loved the inclusion of the Bluetooth speakers and string lights outside. The home was spacious and plenty of seating areas. Master bed was comfortable and bathroom was great. Drawbacks: the alarm to the pool area was VERY loud. I understand it’s a requirement, but a different alarm may be considered. We also had ants inside and around the house. The upstairs loft bed was very uncomfortable. Owners may also consider: replacing the living room rug and adding more household supplies such as scissors and tape. Also, we could never find the lights for inside the pool.

Beautiful beach home! The location was awesome, only .1 miles from the beach and about 2 miles from Seaside. Located a block off the busy 30A with multiple nearby restaurants nearby. Spacious bedrooms - 4 bunk beds on the main floor, king and queen beds on the 2nd floor, and a pull out couch on the 3rd floor. All rooms had balconies that provided awesome views of the ocean and pool. The kitchen was stocked well with supplies, there was plenty of seating at the bar & dining table, and a huge comfortable couch. The 3 bikes were a treat for our group! The only downfall was the obnoxious alarm leading to the pool from both the laundry room and first floor bedroom; every time the door was opened, the alarm went off. Overall, adorable beach house and a great find!

3rd stay at Prominence and we love the area. Being able to ride bikes and walk to shops and restaurants, yet not feel like it is too crowded is perfect. Only downside is not being able to walk easily to the beach. With a golf cart, it is much easier. I must mention that after we learned that a portion of our vacation was double booked and we would have to leave earlier than planned for other tenants to stay, Vince with Beachwalk SAVED THE DAY!!! He went above and beyond and spent 2 days to help. He is a major asset to Beachwalk Vacations.

We were looking for a getaway for our family that still allowed for social distancing with much better scenery. A private pool, a short walk to the beach that was never crowded and and several close takeout/ dine in options were just perfect. The house was clean, everything we needed to cook meals at home was available, and the space fit our party of 8 comfortably. Communication was great and the property was just what we were looking for - a great time away!

We loved Seagrove Beach. It was a nice area and the beach was beautiful. The house was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The outside definitely needs some attention. Two of the chairs on the high top table were broke and two of the lounge chairs were also broke. The cushions looked like they hadn’t been cleaned this season. We swept the outside area when we first got there. The kitchen needs some more utensils to be helpful. We had 11 people and not enough forks. A 9x13 pan and some cookie sheets would have been nice. One of the frying pans was way beyond useable. Other than these items it was a very clean and updated house. Close walk to the beach. Would hope these items would be addressed and we would stay again. However, I thought I read in another review there were issues outside but I thought that would have been resolved since it had been a while.

Thank you for our lovely stay! The house was beautiful and we loved having our own pool! The beach access was super quick and easy to walk to! Some of the kitchen items and appliances need updating including the dishwasher and trash can drawer, as well as having enough nice wine glasses for the house occupancy. Just recommendations for the house for future renters! We would definitely stay again and can’t wait to return already!

The location of this house is just perfect. So close to restaurants and the beach. Even on a holiday weekend our stretch of beach had plenty of room. The bedrooms and living room and backyard at this house are great and perfect for two families. I only give 4 stars because the kitchen could use some updates and more utensils and wine glasses. If the kitchen could be refreshed this place would be absolutely perfect. We will be back though! The street is just perfect.

There are so many positives about this home! The decor was beautiful and the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The pool and backyard space was a plus, as was the location! Getting to the beach was really easy and less than 5 minutes and being located so close to the Tom Thumb saved us from getting in the car to go to Publix. I can't say enough good things about the management response time when we needed help with a missing remote for the TV or a broken bike lock. They almost immediately got back with us and helped remedy the situation. A few things that aren't necessarily negatives, but would be helpful for future guests. The house sleeps 12, but there were only 9 forks and maybe 5 spoons, therefore we were having to wash after every meal. Also, the home could use a cookie sheet, a decent wine opener, some non-stick pans, and possibly a small step stool to reach the empty cabinets where guests can place their groceries that are too high to reach. A couple other helpful items to have would be a drying rack and hooks for towels in the bed/bathrooms. Again, this is all small stuff, but I believe it would make stays even better than they are.
