This new two-story luxury townhome presents a coastal feel of rest and relaxation in the heart of 30A. Being only minutes away from popular hotspots such as Seaside, Watersound, and Alys Beach! 'Perfect Peace' is dressed in wood-grain tile floors throughout, crown moldings, high-end appliances and fixtures. Conveniently located on the first floor is a powder room and laundry room. The second floor holds all three bedrooms. Directly beside one another are the two guest bedrooms that feature a twin over full bunk bed with Twin Trundle and queen-size bed with a shared bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The master suite features a king-size bed and private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. All bathrooms feature moen fixtures, and raised height vanities.

Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the complementary tram (seasonal), bikes or golf cart! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.
Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Prominence Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The Town of Prominence offers a large resort style community pool over 5,000 sq ft! The pool is a very short distance from this unit! Enjoy cabanas, grills, a bathhouse, and fitness center!

Beautiful place! Beds were comfy and decor was nice. Management company was very responsive to inquiries. We enjoyed being walking distance from the hub. But the golf cart and bikes were great for getting around and to the beach. Pool was good - wish it was heated but it was nice and not overcrowded. Grill area was awesome.

Great place and very clean. Only complaint is the internet is horrible and cell phones don’t work. If you plan to work during your stay this is not the place for you.

Pros - The overall development was very nice. The house was very clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Responses to questions were very quick and effective. Cons - We had fruit flies from the first day we walked into the house through day four. We had to make homemade traps to deal with them. It was to a point where you couldn’t even drink a glass of wine without fruit flies. One of the biggest things you can do for your future guest is to equipped your kitchen properly for the cost of the rental in the size of the house. These are all small issues in the bigger picture but would definitely help. The equipment in the kitchen was very cheap and not equipped properly. Everything from the silverware, only 4 coffee cups, two slice toaster. Probably the biggest aggravation was absolutely no serving platters or casserole dishes. Every evening we had to serve our food out of the pots that we cook them in. A trip to target to outfit this kitchen properly would be my biggest recommendation.

Nice place to stay in a good location next to the Hub. The golf cart was an added bonus, the kids enjoyed riding in that. We wish there were more spots to access the beach with parking. A few improvements could be made. The washer smelled musty and looked moldy and the dryer door didn’t fully close so it didn’t fully dry clothes. The rugs looked like they needed vacuumed. It would have need nice to have a few more trash bags, dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent. A little hand vac or something might help with clean the sand off the golf cart

We loved the space. Beautifully furnished. Comfortable sleeping. TONS of towels for the bathrooms, which always seems to be something that you run short of at other places. Washer/Dryer for added convenience. Golf cart and 3 bikes definitely made it even better. The HUB next door to get additional bikes if needed. Central to so many spots... Alys and Rosemary Beach to the East, Seaside, Seagrove and Grayton Beach to the West. Not directly on the water, but with the golf cart, you get your pick of nearby beach accesses. We frequented Seacrest and Deer Lake. Kids loved the community of Prominence.
