Overall we had a great trip! The neighborhood was charming and the pools were very nice. The beach was just a short golf cart ride or drive away. Having a Publix just around the corner was extremely helpful. The house was really nice and the kids loved the porch swing. We did have a few ideas for improvement. While the home seemed clean overall, the walls could use a good wipe down. Also, both King room bathroom showers could use some cleaning and/or new caulking to remove some of the mildew. Nothing major but no one likes to see that in their shower. The King bed upstairs mattress was very uncomfortable. Lastly, the bikes were a blast and so convenient to have, but they need some major tune ups- or replaced all together. We did have 1 repaired while we were there but another kept having the chain fall off. They were a pain to keep having to fix. All in all we truly had a great vacation. We just wanted to provide this feedback in an effort to help make this home even better!

Great house and location. Questions answered in a very timely manner. Only issue is parking but we were able to keep cars on the main street and didn’t use them anyway. House /porch was very comfortable. Highly recommend. Only recommendation would be to get a sectional sofa or 2 large sofa and chairs for downstairs. Only seating is a sofa and 2 chairs for watching tv.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our party of 8 adults. The well appointed kitchen had everything we needed to prepare large meals. Plenty of bath towels for everyone to get cleaned up after a day at the beach or pool, but be sure to bring your own beach towels. They provided one small bar soap for each bathroom and none for the half bath or kitchen. With the extra hand washing we’ve all been doing lately you might want bring some extra. Only two cars allowed in the driveway, but we found even that to be almost impossible due to the narrow width of the driveway and the grill (chained in place) which takes up 2ft of the short length. Plenty of parking in the spaces along the larger streets, but I can see where these will fill up quickly at busier times of year. Overall we had a wonderful time in a beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay at Vitamin Sea. The surroundings and accommodations were beautiful and I plan on staying there again. The house was VERY clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the bikes. Recommendations: need more glass and plastic drinking cups in the kitchen. ~Also, I have stayed in a condo in Grayton beach were they condo owners provided several beach accessories such as chairs, beach towels and umbrellas for guests to use. This would have been helpful because I had to end up purchasing a beach chair and four beach towels.

We absolutely loved staying in Vitamin Sea! The home was clean and inviting and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more for our week long vacation! Our teens loved the porch swing and the ping pong table. Kitchen was well equipped for the nights we stayed in and cooked. Only negative was the king mattresses are very firm. Thank you for a great rental home for our family from Indiana!

The only real complaint we had was parking. We had three cars but the parallel parking wasn’t too far. The house was spacious and we loved there were plenty of tvs. WiFi was great, too. We would definitely stay again!

Home needs TLC and better outfitting of closets and kitchen. Home is nice and spacious with nice TVs but needs better attention to details. Master bedroom had no luggage racks or storage area for clothes just a huge closet where only option was to hang stuff. An investment of $10k would go a long way in making this home seem finished.Fells like a house where someone stretched to buy it but didn’t could not afford to fully outfit the home

Positives - Great floorpan and location! Clean and comfortable. Love the 4 included bikes! Negatives - First timers and did not know that we were not allowed into the WaterColor Club or Inn - a HUGE issues, as the local pool was cold and not nearly as nice. This MUST be explained to potential renters - we showed up and were terribly disappointed. Also - Washer broken, management does not answer phone, only online messages. Parking close to impossible, no garage use for renters.

I really enjoyed my stay in NatureWalk. The location was perfect - near the beach and the state park with hiking trails. House was wonderful - lots of room and well decorated. Look forward to coming back.

Our stay was fantastic! The house is just gorgeous. I’m extremely picky about cleanliness, and this home exceeded my standards. The bikes were great. The downside was that it takes a while to get to the beach. We ended up driving because walking with small children just wasn’t an option. The house is a ten minute walk to where the shuttle picks up, and the one day we used it, it took over 50 minutes to pick us up from the beach. The shuttle is only a golf cart. Also, the parking is a major issue. I saw one review mention this, but I assumed it wasn’t a big deal. We had two regular sized minivans. We got them in the lot, but we couldn’t open all the doors until we moved them again. It was excessively tight! That is genuinely the only issue we had while there! The place is beautiful and huge. We never once felt cramped - even with 8 kids! My only recommendation is to add at least one full- length mirror in the house somewhere. The beds were very comfortable, there was room for all of our things, and the pantry was massive, so we didn’t have to store everything on the counters. We would absolutely stay here again! The house and the community were fabulous!

Absolutely beautiful home! We enjoyed every minute of our week near Seaside. The swing bed was so nice on the screened porch. Pool at complex was heated and wonderful, loved biking to Seaside and the area. Bike and running paths were excellent. My high school age kids loved the pin pong table on the upper deck. Great TV’s through out were much appreciated. Beds very comfortable. Grocery shopping also convient to home. . The only thing I would add would a few beach chairs.
