Overall our stay was good. The house is very comfortable and the pool is an added benefit. I would recommend maintenance take a look at the stove(burners do not lite correctly), oven (door does not shut correctly causing an issue with heating) and the dishwasher (does not clean completely). I think they probably have had a lot of use and need to be repaired. Thank you Beachwalk.

Overall it was an excellent property and experience. The kitchen area was great and the outdoor grilling gave guests flexibility for cooking. The screened in balconies on most bedrooms gave guests some additional private space. The only surprise was that the golf cart is not included with the property rental. It is on site but only for the owner.

The staff at beach walk was excellent. They answered all my annoying questions and were very friendly. The house was absolutely amazing. The only complaint is the parking space in the driveway. The description said the driveway accommodates two cars. However, there is no way to park two full-size vehicles in the driveway without one blocking the sidewalk and hanging off a bit in the road. The garage had the owner’s golf cart in it so there was no way to pull a car in there to make the room. The private pool was absolutely AMAZING! The only thing that was a little disappointing is that the fire feature pictured in all the photos was not for renters use and neither was the hot tub. It was a little confusing because in the house description it said there was a hot tub/jacuzzi, but I can’t it meant in the gathering area of the community. Overall everything was fantastic. Also, I’d HIGHLY recommend the golf cart company Beach Better Golf Carts.

The stay at this house was beyond perfect. From communication with the people from beachwalk, to the accuracy of pictures and description of house. We could not have been any happier, the open layout of the house, everything provided in the kitchen, the spacious bedrooms, front and back decks, the absolutely amazing pool, and top it off with 4 really good bicycles. Beautiful house! Easy access, four beautiful porches, shirt golf cart ride to the beach.

The golf cart doesn’t hold a good charge think the batteries are going bad. It would be nice to supply a broom and dust pan as well.

Loved our time here. Our family of 6 adults and 4 kids, ages 10-14 used the big table for eating and games, used the golf cart for multiple trips to the beach and the grocery store. we also made good use of the washing machine/dryer and if we come back we would only bring 1/2 the clothes. most of our meals were prepared at home. The Publix grocery store is only a few minutes away, easy to get to on the golf cart. We had to buy all staples, even salt and pepper. there was only one small kitchen towl and washcloth and we would have loved a griddle for pancakes and bacon instead of using a pan. We had to call for repair of one chair, one back porch chair and the garage door opener but they came by same day and took the chairs/returned them in 1 or 2 days. The sun came up early, the curtains were thin and white and I'm glad i took my eye mask. We ate out only a few times and got tired paying $200-300 per meal. Restaurants are expensive (according to Texas standards) so we cooked steaks/veggies on the grill. The house is a year old and very clean and bright. the bathrooms are gorgeous!

Everything was perfect!

The property was perfect! The house was set up perfect for our families. We loved the smart tvs in each room, porch swing and all the balconies. The bikes and golf cart were super fun and we used daily! We would recommend leaving a few extra paper products for the price you pay. The only other downside is the beach access wasn’t as convenient as we anticipated. The trails didn’t allow golf cart access, so it’s about a 10-15 minute drive...

The house is beautifully decorated with so much space! A great kitchen for cooking and lots of porches to relax. We enjoyed the golf cart and bikes for getting around. Highly recommend and hope to stay again.
