Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the complementary tram (seasonal) or bikes! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.
Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Prominence Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Aloha Y'all.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Aloha Y'all.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

The house was beautiful, the location was awesome, and the neighborhood was perfect. Our only suggestion would be - we didn’t have enough toilet paper and paper towels to get us through the week.

Maybe add towel rack in the master bath and designated laundry bins for dirty towels in the laundry room. It was a little difficult to find the beach entrances. Maybe add preferred places to rent golf carts to website as well. Other than that Our stay was great!

Beautiful villa that is conveniently located to restaurants & state park! Well stocked kitchen! Loved the bikes! Would recommend a hose for the garage to rinse off beach gear.

The house was clean and very well maintained. It was close to Destin and Panama City Beach! Perfect location, there weren’t any loud parties or drunk spring breakers! Extremely family friendly, I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Everything was clean and nicely decorated! We would have loved to have a golf cart, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. That would have made it perfect! We did enjoy the bikes!

Home was perfect for our family and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very sparse, not many dishes, mixing bowls and utensils. Location was ideal, we had a golf cart so we were able to get to many beaches and local places.

House was very nice and felt clean overall. We really enjoyed the pool area, use of the bikes and the close proximity to The Hub. Our only complaints were the poor cell signal and the proximity of the beach. It’s a journey to get to the beach especially if your taking stuff with you.
