Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary steam-cleaning or deodorizing. Best part was the walk to the beach! It’s not far at all and was perfect! It was right beside Trading Company 30A and that was great because I forgot my oldest kids trunks! Lol! It was a quite little neighborhood and everyone we ran into was very kind! Also the unit has 2 pools but we didn’t find the bigger one until time to leave. We enjoyed the small one though. Beachwalks Vacation was very responsive to any message we sent. Super easy! Loved this unit even though it’s older, it was a perfect fit for us!

The property was great! We really enjoyed our time there! A few small suggestions: a printed map of the complex would have been very helpful. The online map was hard to follow. We never found the second pool until the day before we left. A pen and notepad downstairs. I would toss those old yellow beach chairs and replace with new. Include small items like the iron and small grill in the property listing. We brought both and didn’t need to. Thanks for the clean, beautiful, well stocked accommodations!

Condo was as described. We had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy our stay. Pools are close. Walk to the beach is easy. Beach was very congested.

Our stay was great until marital problems started. The house and everything was wonderful, perfect for our stay and with our kids. The bathroom in kitchen had a little issue, chain came undone so the toilet did not flush and it had a sound. Thank you so much for accommodating us!!!

Very nice stay. Quiet, clean, orderly. Kitchen well-stocked. Beds comfortable. Enjoyed screened porch off back bedroom. Easy walk to the public beach. Good access to things both eastward and westward on 30a.

It was a great place to stay. The short walk to the beach was great. We have two complaints. The first is the lack of pots and pans to cook with. There was one small frying pan and two small pots. All of which were in bad condition. Plus the knives to cut veggies and food with were really dull. The second complaint is the was no cable for the tv in the living room. If you wanted to watch tv there you had to have a netflix or hulu account.

Great value for location and quality of housing. The home was clean and well-maintained. The proximity to the ocean was excellent. The 2-story unit is ventilated by 1 AC unit and the upstairs bedrooms can become fairly warm during the daytime despite the AC. The management staff was very pleasant. We were offered to come 1 day early since the condo was suspected to be open however they did not respond to my message box response (sent 22 min after theirs) until the next day. By that time, the reservation was already taken by the current guest. They told me that I waited too long to respond, which I feel is unfair. In the end, it does not matter. We had a great vacation. Only suggestion for the home is a new larger skillet and more plates.

The sofa was uncomfortable because the cushions are very flat. The tv’s are a little dated and were too slow to stream any shows. There is also no guide that comes up to make finding shows easier. There were a couple of dirty coffee cups and a pan with dried eggs on it. I’m telling you these things because my husband and I have a.VRBO and would appreciate knowing these this. Location was great and overall stay was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great. It was a very short walk to the beach. The unit itself was clean and the beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. The only small issues we had was the light not working in the bunk room. It may have just been the bulb and it wasn’t a big deal. Like others said, the couch has seen better days and our teenaged son said that mattress wasn’t very comfortable. We did have some cute squirrels to visit on the patio everyday looking for acorns. Overall, for the price it fit our needs and we enjoyed our vacation!

While we enjoyed our stay, both showers drained slowly. The master bathroom shower drained especially slowly and the shower doors were missing and a shower curtain was installed (which would be fine, but the frame for the sliding shower doors is still there and should be removed if the owners plan to keep the shower curtain instead of replacing the doors). The half-bathroom downstairs toilet continuously ran and had to be adjusted after each flush. Lastly there were loose cookies left on the pantry shelves by a previous renter.
