House was as expected. Beautiful house. Great place to kick back from all the people. Gathering Place is really nice and kept very well. I do fill like it should at least come with coffee

We had a wonderful stay! House was clean. Internet was terrible. A real estate agent stopped by to show the house. Must have been a mix up. We loved the golf cart!

This was a great place with plenty of room. Nice quiet neighborhood and a great nature walk to the beach. The management team was very responsive.

For our son's family with two young boys, the convenience of having a community pool and Publix within electric cart ride distance far out-weighs the lack of water views. The playground and basketball/tennis courts further provide ready entertainment, so necessary when the actual beach is so relatively far away. They also appreciated knowing what to expect without any idiosyncratic surprises. We appreciated the quick response to our report of a couple minor maintenance issues as well as the cleanliness, decor and size of the house. While the pages and pages of rules, instructions and reminders sent multiple times by Beachwalk certainly answered any questions we may have had, I frankly quit reading part way through it all. (Too time-consuming) That may be why I was not aware the surrounding forest and trails, not to mention the trash can behind our house, were all subject to bear visits. When I "go to the beach" for vacation, bears are not typically what I would expect to worry about! While our son and his family will likely return, it is doubtful my husband and I will spend that much money again on this type of "beach house".

Overall the stay was nice. The home was nice and clean. The dishwasher door was broken and the golf cart tire was supposed to be serviced due to a leak, but no one ever came. We took it to be filled with air and it was okay the remainder of the trip. It was nice having beach toys and chairs but one of the chairs was broken when we got there. Packages were delivered to the house for a couple of people while we were there. Someone came into the house while we were out for the day and picked them up without us knowing that they were coming. I feel like there should have been some kind of communication to let us know that was going to be happening.

The house was very nice and we had a great time. However, the description on VRBO and the pictures as well listed it as having three king beds. It was a little disappointing that one of the rooms only had a queen bed and led to tough decisions when we arrived. Overall the house was nice and clean and close enough to the beach. Our family enjoyed the trip very much.

Grill igniter wasn’t working and burners on grill acted like it didn’t won’t to put out. Only able to use once, next time had to take food off and cook inside bc it wouldn’t get hot enough. Bikes need to be greased, chains came off repeatedly. We loved the house and the location was wonderful. Will definitely be back!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. Things that are important to us when we travel: cleanliness everywhere(home and community), aesthetic, proximity to shopping and food, environment, beautiful beaches, classy but not pretentious shops and restaurants, beach access, family friendly community (i.e. no disrespectful guests hosting drinking bashes). This home, this community, 30a, delivered more than we’d hoped. This is our new vacation spot. Furthermore, the beachwalk management company was fantastic! I reached out several times with questions and they responded immediately. Couldn’t recommend more!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was absolutely perfect for our family. The reservation, check-in process and communication from BeachWalk Vacations was all very well organized, easy to understand and timely for each part of the process. We will definitely use BeachWalk again! Thanks for a memorable family vacation.

Overall, the house was great. Two things that could use improvement: (1) The internet was really weak and not very functional considering the size of the house. We only had four occupants in the house (2 adults and 2 kids) and only one device could get consistent reception which made it difficult for my husband and I to check in with our office and get certain things out remotely. (2) The golf cart is very convenient to have but needs an upgrade. You need to basically charge it after every single use (even after fairly short rides), or you'll end up with a sputtering acceleration and the battery very quickly fading.

Great vacation with the family. Beautiful area on the Gulf coast. Only problem we had was beach access...not enough parking.

We loved it all! The only critique that we had was that the oven range was at about 5’6 and we all kept hitting our head on it. Thank you so much for everything!

It was a wonderful stay. The house was amazing and very clean. Everything felt new. We loved the outdoor space. We had two families staying and we felt there was plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms great. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The kids loved riding bikes, and playing basketball. Everyone enjoyed the gathering place and the pools. Seaside was a great area and we will definitely return.

It was wonderful with the exception of the glitch with the golf cart.
