Beach Access: 'Tiki Tides' and the Highland Parks Community are located near the Blue Mountain Public Beach Access. A convenient beach access with public restrooms. Take the provided 6-Seater, Street-Legal Golf Cart, or one of the provided bikes to get there quick!
 
Pool Access: The Seasonally Heated (March-May and October-December) Community Pool area, just a few steps from the home, offering an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub fire pit, and more. 
 
Highland Parks of Blue Mountain Beach is a new upscale resort community located among the highest elevations along 30A. The home also sits next to Point Washington State Park and its meandering nature trails, with beach access about a half of a mile from the front door!
 
Directly across from the home lies the stunning community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. A short walk from the home will get your toes in the sand.
 
Hardwood floors, granite countertops, Victorian paneling, and simple coastal decor are just a few of the features that make this home a worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfortable, premium furnishings while the dining area offers seating for 6 with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The living room leads to a large covered front porch, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the sea-breeze.
 
All three bedrooms are conveniently located on the second floor. The spacious master bedroom comes with a king bed and opens to a covered private balcony. Enjoy the master's walk-in closet, private master bathroom, and walk-in shower. At the opposite end of the home are the two guest bedrooms. The first houses a king bed, and the second is a children's bedroom holding a built-in twin over twin bunk and built-in full bed. Both of these bedrooms share a guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
 
Named after the blue lupine flowers that grace its large sand dunes, the coastal village of Blue Mountain Beach lies between Grayton Beach and Gulf Place along the scenic 30A corridor. This was our first time to this area of the panhandle and we had the best time!! Tiki Tides was the perfect place to stay for our family!! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and close to everything we wanted to do. The included golf cart was a highlight as we were able to easily get to all of the restaurants and destinations easily. We loved everything about this stay!! If we find ourselves in the area again we wouldn’t hesitate to book this house. We made wonderful memories that won’t soon be forgotten. 😊🤙🌴☀️🏖️🌺

We enjoyed our time at 119 Gulfview in Santa Rosa. The home was beautiful and in a great spot We enjoyed having the golf cart and bikes to easily get to the beach and other locations nearby. My only suggestion would be adding traction tape to the front stairs. They become very slippery after rain. My adult daughter fell down the stairs on our last day due to this. I would just want to prevent injury to any future guests particularly elderly or older guests. BeachWalk communication was excellent and everyone was so friendly. We will definitely use BeachWalk to book future properties in this area.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. This house was the perfect location for our trip! The proximity to the pool, local beaches, shops…literally everything we could have hoped for. We will most definitely be back!!

We stayed at Tiki Tides in October. Upon arrival, the home was very clean. The description of the home was exactly as advertised. The beds were nice and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies and the amount of Tupperware containers was nice to have as well! Tiki Tides is right across from the pool, which was very nice as we didn't have to use our golf cart. Speaking of the golf cart, it was provided through the rental management company and it was an excellent toy to have! Our boys loved taking rides up and down 30A on it. We even used the gas grill one evening and it was very clean and easy to operate. Check in/out was easy, no issues there. No issues during our stay and we look forward to coming back again!

I loved our stay. It was very close for everything we hoped to do. Everything was modern and up to date. The golf cart was definitely a plus, it was fun to ride around and see all the cute places Santa Rosa had to offer. It was the place to celebrate a bachelorette party. I do wish there was more parking other than that I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the location was fantastic. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. We also appreciated the responsiveness of staff when we messaged with questions and concerns. The golf cart was awesome! However, would have appreciated just a few more essentials like more kitchen towels, hand soap in the kitchen, dish drainer, tissues, and lotion. We also would have benefited from instructions for the television. Also the dryer did not appear to be working at full capacity. This is meant to be constructive feedback, not a criticism. We will definitely visit again.

We enjoyed our stay! The service you provided corrected the only two issues we had. A shower curtain rod that had fallen before we checked in and a gas leak. He provided us with a stove top to cook with and corrected both problems promptly. Thank you for your professional team and prompt service. The house was beautiful accommodated us with everything we needed. We had an enjoyable time at the beach. We will return soon, hopefully.

Beachwalk properties was very helpful. Golf cart--super slow. Disappointing the dishwasher didn't work and we had to handwash dishes. Smoke detector alarming in the middle of the night. Need to have spare batteries on hand.
