30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast enclosed by Destin and Panama City Beach. This route creates a sense wonder as one cruises through the natural beauty of rare dune lakes, soft white sand, and stunning emerald waters exclusive to the area.The highway conjoins the coastal villages of South Walton holding its own unique characteristics that depict a dream like scene against some of the country's most beautiful beaches. Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the complementary tram (seasonal) or bikes! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.
Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Prominence Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Beach Please!.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Beach Please!.' No exceptions will be made. Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

Was disappointed that the door was wide open when my daughter and I arrived very late on Saturday night. The Walton Co Sheriffs came out after I called 911. The security people told me they are not able to enter the property. All was fine and security showed up with the Sheriffs and all were very kind. The long delay getting settled after a lengthy road trip was disappointing. We did w joy our stay however. No problems at all with the home. Very lovely.

We were a family of 6, perfect amount of space. The kitchen was great! The bikes and golf cart were a hit! The golf cart wouldn't be driven a long distance b/c the battery would die. Just a drawback was the Wifi connection. There was none. The wifi connection was spotty at best. We stayed while the Euro cup was being played and we couldn't watch it on tv due to the internet connection. We had to walk to the Hub. to watch all the games. Communication with the manager was good, they always responded. The location was right in the middle of Seaside and Rosemary beach. I wish there was a public beach just a bit closer. We took the golf cart & bikes to the closest public beach. Publix was very close to the house too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Nice place, and the unit was beautiful. Would have loved for the condo to have toiletries (only one tiny shampoo was provided) and two bars of soap (no hand soap at all) loved the pool but it was unfortunate that it wasn’t heated. It was freezing during our spring break stay. Otherwise the location and unit were great.

Overall our stay was wonderful! We are huge fans of 30A and the surrounding areas. A few things that we were not happy with: we wish the place had provided a hose on the outside by the one car garage (there is a water tap right there) to wash off all the sandy beach stuff. We ended up secretly borrowing the neighbors! We also felt overall the place was clean, but we had two cleanliness issues: when I pulled out one of the master bedroom tables to plug in my iPhone charger, there was a dry, used diaper under the table...yuk! And the second was hair on the towels in the second bathroom. However, one thing made me SOOO happy: the first night we arrived was my wife’s birthday and we had purchased a birthday cake and candles to wish her happy birthday at the condo. We realized we did not have a lighter to light the candles and were pretty bummed that we had forgotten that item. But much to my delight, I checked in one drawer in the kitchen and there was a lighter with fluid still in it - the party was saved! That genuinely made me very happy. Such a small detail that the owners thought to provide that was really nice! Overall, thank you for a great place to stay!!!

Beachwalk customer service is amazing. They called us the day we were to arrive to touch base and see if we had any questions. The texts and personal site with all the door codes and info was very helpful. The place was beautiful and clean. Would definitely stay again it rent from beachwalk again

Home away from home ... We loved our stay!! Central location (situated perfectly to visit Rosemary beach, Alys or Seaside), and the bikes were a nice touch. Beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable unit... super comfy beds, loved the spa like master bathroom and shower! Kitchen had all we needed to cook each night. Pool was wonderful! Thanks again! We look forward to our next visit!
