Excellent, clean and well equipped house. Would highly recommend!
Amazing, clean home! Great management team as well.
House was beautiful and clean , nature walk is always a nice place to stay. The golf cart and bikes were great. Did feel like the house was low on amenities. Two dishwasher tablets, 1 packet of laundry soap, 2 garbage bags, and 1 roll of paper towels provided. No salt and pepper or any other seasonings, no beach towels (which it did state in the description), no beach chairs or toys. For someone flying and not driving these were major inconveniences for us.
House was lovely. Appreciated the bikes and golf cart being readily available. Great response from operation folks when we had two maintenance issues.
What an amazing property. Beautiful decorated, beds were comfy and the house was very spacious. We enjoyed cooking a few nights on the bbq. We loved the decks for eating breakfast and hanging out. The bikes and golf cart are must haves. The community was very friendly and quiet. The beach chairs and beach items in the storage room made our beach days memories we will hold on forever.
We LOVED this beautiful place to stay! We came here with our two daughters and grandchildren! We thought the location was perfect and close to town. The bikes and golf cart was perfect to get around in. It was our first time in the area and we are definitely going to make this a once a year trip! The decor and layout of the house could not be better. We cooked dinner and breakfast often and had wonderful time sitting on both of the porches. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! We will be back!
The home and furnishings were beautiful!!! The neighbor hood bike trails were a lot of fun. Great amenities, including basketball, pickle ball, pool, grills, fire pits, playgrounds. My kids also enjoyed riding in the golf cart. Very close ride to the grocery store. If you have kids, bring a few plastic cups, only glassware in home.
Great house in a fantastic neighborhood. The pool is nice and it’s a great location.
Everything was perfect but my only complaint is the beach access. The San Juan beach access was closed and apparently has been under construction for months. The other beach access offered does not have any parking for a car or golf cart. We had to travel to the seaside beach access where again parking was a major issue. We did enjoy the house, bikes, and golf cart...just wished it was a little easier to get to the beach.
The perfect vacation! Awesome house, awesome location. Absolutely beautiful for the week of Thanksgiving, perfect weather. Wonderful kitchen and patios, amazing nature walks, and fun little trips to the beach in the golf cart. Very good times had riding the bicycles on 30A. Great public beach access. Great beds, really cool 3 bed bunkbed setup. Very close & convenient to grocery store Publix. We had a full Thanksgiving dinner, loved the table. Awesome customer service.
One of the bicycles was broken, and the front 2 tires on the golf cart are bald, making it almost dangerous to drive, but the house was fabulous.
The house was wonderful! I would like to let you know upon arrival the home wasn’t fully cleaned. It has multiple dishes as well as glasses cracked and put in cabinets. There was food caked on the kitchen counter and several spots on the floors though out that just needed a little scrubbing. Normally I wouldn’t mention anything but with the current situation of pandemic I would’ve felt that would’ve been more of a priority. Other than that it was great and would absolutely rent again.
Beautiful and comfortable home! We really enjoyed our stay. The only feedback is that there are some electric outlets that did not work in the upstairs loft room and upstairs middle bathroom.
