Everything was clean and great communication from BeachWalk on all details. The house itself was very nice but furniture in some of the rooms and in living room needs to be updated. It is almost falling apart. Also too much stuff in some of closets which left no room to put clothing in. We just expected a little more for the price of the house.

Overall the house was nice and well equipped but we did have a few inconveniences and things could be improved. The dishwasher was broken (extremely inconvenient with an baby but I understand things happen) and they left paper plates/cups etc. That being said, they only provided a few trash bags and one tiny thing of dishwashing soap. The pans were so scratched up and black. The couch and rug in the living rooms need to be cleaned. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable and the golf cart was super handy. I had asked about a high chair for the baby and they said they didn't have one but there was one in the closet - this would have been nice to know in advance. It was a good stay, hopefully with a few minor improvements the guest experience would be even better.

This place was perfect for our needs. Beautiful home and great spaces for relaxing outside. We loved being able to walk to the grocery store! So convenient. Loved the neighborhood feel- quiet, private and peaceful. Would definitely recommend this place and look forward to another stay here!

A lovely home! Neighborhood very quiet! We really enjoyed the pools! The beds and pillows very comfortable and rooms very quiet. Golf cart was a great addition to the home. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. We definitely will visit again!

Awesome vacation home! We had so much fun! Beachwalk came and help us out quickly whenever we had questions. Our only suggestion is to have a few extra blankets in the downstairs area so that we could sit outside at night once the sun went down. We loved it and will be back again soon!

This home was dreamy. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the extra amenities included like the bikes, beach chairs, and golf cart. We enjoyed the porch as much as the beach and having a grocery store so close made dinner prep a breeze. I would certainly stay in this home again. Two things need attention but the property managers are very responsive so I’m sure these will be remedied quickly. The third floor has a window unit AC and it quit working but it wasn’t an urgent matter bc we had plenty of room in the home. I notified pm for future guest. The other is that the deadbolts didn’t lock so besides the front entry door, there was no way to lock the home at night. I thought maybe I was missing something but my husband nor my dad could not get the other 3 outside doors to lock. Thankfully this is a sweet and safe little community but that probably needs attention.
