Reasons To Book 'Sea Mist'
Beautiful house, great central location with all the amenities—impeccably maintained. THANKS For another great trip!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the home was amazing, The Hub was really close and fun, the golf cart, included with the home was a hit with the kids. The one issue we had was the internet access and ability to make/take phone calls was terrible. Although we had full wifi signals on our devices the ability to get to a website was spotty at best. When we got your checkout instruction link the day before we left, we couldn't access the link and had to send a message and hope it went through. PLEASE work on this, we would love to come back next year but need to be accessible to those back home.
Suncatcher gave us the best place to stay on 30A! The house was so clean and welcoming that we felt right at home when we walked in. We decided to stay in this location because you are central to all the small towns Seaside, Aly’s, Rosemary and Watercolor. We were able to bike to all of them : ) The Hub (which is literally a 3 min walk from the house) was a great place to gather at the end of the day for a meal or a cold drink with the family. The staff is so friendly and diligent about staying clean and safe during this time which was a relief. Also, the new pool across the street was a great activity for our little girl. There was no need to make a fuss about having to spend time at the pool because it is literally a two min walk. So when we needed to head back to the house to give her a nap there was no hassle : ) We had a fantastic time and cannot wait to go back!
Absolutely beautiful house we loved the decor, the balcony, comfortable beds. The attention to detail was exceptional. We had no issues with check-in, check-out or use of the amenities. quick responses to any questions we had and the house is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures! This house was sparkling clean and had all the thoughtful touches. We will definitely be back soon!
Lovely home! Perfectly clean and well appointed. It has great outdoor space and is in a quiet and safe location. Beach access is challenging but not prohibitive. We would definitely stay in this home again!!
I know it was unavoidable but Construction was loud and bothersome. Proximity to trail and road were great. Our home was lovely. More things like salt, pepper, oil, more trash bags, more detergent would be nice.
Everyone raved about house nice the house was and enjoyed themselves‼️
We had a wonderful stay at this property! A couple things though- there was black dog hair all over the rug in the living room upon arrival. The upstairs master bathroom shower doors(that are glass) are misaligned and it sounds like they are going to shatter every time they close. There was a drawer below the oven that is not secured and falls out of the cabinetry. The WiFi was very iffy all week.
We have been vacationing on 30-A for many years and this lovely home has it all! The home was immaculate with all of the amenities needed for a perfect stay. The. Most beautiful Beach in America, Deer Lake State Park is right down the Street. You must see it to truly appreciate it. We enjoyed the back porch with wonderful breezes and enjoyed several meals outside. The bikes were so much fun to use and loved exploring the area. Your perfect vacation is waiting for you here.
Thanks to Kay and Brian for allowing us to stay in their beautiful vacation home for the month of February 2020. The house is fabulous with 2 master suites, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and another double bedroom with 3 - 1/2 bathrooms. The decor is beautiful with very comfortable furnishings. Every need is covered with the provided utensils, pots and pans, and appliances if you plan on doing your own cooking and laundry. The furnished bikes are great for pedaling and exploring. DirectTV reception and the internet worked great and offered plenty of options for nightly entertainment. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you do not like to cook. We only ate at The Hub once, although it offered close casual dining options and the food was ok. The only downside during our stay was beach access. Since we weren't members of the Watersound Beach Club, beach access wasn't as convenient as it could have been. In addition, each housing development in the area had their own private gate access with codes to enter the communities and get to the beach via their boardwalks over the sand dunes to the beach. The state park down the road did provide access to the beach with a $3 daily parking fee. The sand dunes and beaches are beautiful with white sand like sugar. The ocean has beautiful colors and is great to look at while sitting or walking along the shore.
