This secluded, brand new home offers the best of the gulf coast. Hang out by your private pool, or take a quick stroll down the road to one of the most stunning beach accesses on 30A. Take a bike-ride to the beach or rent a kayak to have fun in the sun on Eastern Lake!
Custom-built and tastefully decorated, Coastal Cottage offers four bedrooms with private bathrooms for every room, including three Master Suites (2 Kings, 1 Queen) and a Queen guest room with a built-in twin bunk and trundle! A covered patio with furniture and ceiling fans is located on the first floor, overlooking the private pool, while an additional balcony (also replete with furniture and ceiling fans) lies directly above it.
The other end of the first floor boasts a beautifully decorated, spacious Master Suite. The private first-floor master bath features a double vanity sink, a stunning walk-in shower, and soaking tub! On this side of the home, you’ll find the two-car garage and tasteful powder room.
You'll find the other three spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with its own private bath, and access to the spacious dual balconies that flank either side of the home!
The open-concept living room is the heart of this peaceful oasis, built with family in mind. The dual French Hurricane doors open up to the furnished porch overlooking the pool, a perfect place to relax after a day of fun in the sand!
The dining room table holds seating for eight, with an additional five seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is a cook’s dream! Its premium stainless steel appliances perfectly accent the stunning White Quartz Marble counter-tops and large, open gas range. Plenty of cookware and a spacious pantry makes meal time easy, and the built-in ice maker makes filling coolers a snap.
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Coastal Cottage.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Coastal Cottage.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Pool: *Coastal Cottage's private pool can be heated upon request between Nov.- Mar. for $35 a day.
If heating of the pool is desired please notify us forty-eight (48) hours in advanced as to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature.
**The pool will be heated to a maximum of 80 degrees. This cannot be changed and may be less in very cold weather*
**** Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can led to the pool. This home is equipment with this state required alarm****
Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.
Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
Huge mosquito problem due to standing water on lot next door. Called emergency line. Received no action. The oven is not calibrated. Cooking on 350 your food is raw. Have to turn up to 425. Burns bottom. Top not done. Stove top cooks opposite. Low boils. Disappointing. Otherwise a great home.

Need to include Instructions on how to work the frig , computer, televisions , door locks, alarms and electronics etc. Use a more thorough cleaning crew. The cleaning crew missed items under the beds. The path to the beach is a bit challenging. It could use some improvement. A few instructions regarding the pool filter and pool maintenance during the stay to keep it clean. A small mixmaster for rainy days in the kitchen. The bathroom floors could use some type of washable rugs. . The water pressure was not great in the bottom floor. The faucet in the kitchen took forever to heat up. Warn guests about early morning construction! It is very loud! It was great having the bikes and the car vacuum and having use of the garage. The house had some great details that made our stay very comfortable. It is such a nice house it is silly not to repair these little things. Thanks so much!
The only reason this doesn't get a 5 star is because of the lack of responsiveness of the team. There was limited supplies and I guess the guest are expected to bring essentials but it would have been nice to get those details in advance especially during a pandemic. BW provided the bare minimal. No paper for the printer. One roll of paper towels for a house that sleeps 10. It would have been great to get more and a call back.
The house was great, pool was great. My only thing would be to add chairs to the balconies. There were several bugs, spiders and roaches in the house, quite a few cobwebs that was not cleaned.
Sorry I’m late to write this, but we absolutely loved our 7 weeks at coastal cottage! The house is beautiful and the property management was extremely responsive to our every request. We hope to vacation there again!
Great location and home.
Absolutely beautiful home! A lot of space for everybody. The beds were also very comfortable and we appreciated the extra pillows and covers each room had in their closet! The best part of the home is definitely the pool and the changes for lights are so much fun! Anytime we Plan to come back down to Santa Rosa we will definitely be looking out to be able to stay at this home!
