'Isle Be Back at Prominence North on 30A' is very close to the large, resort style pools in the Town of Prominence! Combined with shuttle service to the beach, walking distance to 'The Hub', and luxury finishes, this home is sure to become your favorite vacation tradition!

Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; a complementary tram (seasonal) or bikes! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:

Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.

Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.

Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Prominence Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Community Pool:

The place is great; clean, comfortable, but nice. We got a flat on the golf cart and your crew got someone out there immediately to fix it, and it was a holiday weekend. The Hub is really handy to have so close, pool is great! We really loved using the Deer Lake Beach access. It’s a bit of a walk, but well worth it for the privacy of the beach. We also loved how the Watersound area has more nature and is a little quieter than other areas of 30A. Only suggestions would be some more kitchen items; big pot for boiling shrimp, new sautée pans, and a citrus juicer. The gas range is great and this place will appeal to people who like to cook, but you need a few more cooking basics.

I loved this placed it is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Very clean and cozy. Five stars are not enough for the scale. I most definitely want to book again. There aren’t any regrets.

Wonderful visit in a wonderful town! Comfortable beds and comfy atmosphere. Golf cart was super handy and the pool area was really nice. Neighborhood was convenient to all of the local spots and we enjoyed ourselves so much!
