No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Auria’s Cove.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Auria’s Cove.' No exceptions will be made. Loved the condo! Perfect location to the beach. The condo was clean and is decorated cute. We would stay here again. Only suggestions would be a mirror outside of the bathroom, hooks in entry to hang hats or bags, and a small table or chest in front of the couch.

Auria's Cove was very clean, and the balcony was wonderful with a terrific view. It would be great if the window blinds on the French doors were replaced, and the electrical outlet over the sink should be replaced with a GFI outlet for safety.

Great location!! Cute little studio, was perfect for us and our daughter for our short stay. We walked over to the beach and it was perfect, nit too crowded, beautiful spot. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants within walking distance and the artist hub in the center was very neat!! Would definitely recommend.

Great studio! The location to restaurants and the beach was AWESOME! There were plenty of towels. The studio was very clean upon arrival. One of the closets was packed full of beach supplies and we were unable to use it. It was very cluttered and disorganized. The other closet had linens and wouldn’t close correctly. We needed that extra closet space- so that was disappointing. Other than that great stay!

We loved our stay at Aria's Love. Sweet little spot right across the street from the beach with peek through view to the Gulf. Conveniently located by shops and restaurants so you don't have to worry about preparing meals, or can grab anything you may have forgotten. BeachWalk was responsive when we asked them to provide a blender and replace patio chairs that were broken. Great stay!
