This brand new town-home boast a 6-Seater Golf Cart in a one car garage to cruise around 30A with!  Conveniently located directly on Scenic Highway 30A in popular Seagrove Beach, Crew Rest is a beautiful two-story residence with over 1,500 square feet, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The first story includes a comfy coastal-themed foyer and two guest rooms and a bunk-nook. A spacious open-concept living and dining area leading to a large covered balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with an island and an additional master suite are located on the second story.
Located along beautiful Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, 30A Townhomes is a low rise, five-building luxury townhome development with only 26 planned residences.  A community swimming pool with out-door shower is the perfect place to gather and relish the Northwest Florida sunshine. Beach and dune lake access is minutes away along with shopping, dining and recreation all located conveniently nearby!
Beach Access: Crew Rest is located approximately .4 miles from the Eastern Lake Rd Public Beach Access.

No Pets:

Violations may also results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Great property! Owners golf cart was damaged by a previous guest but they had a backup cart for us which was great. Easy access to everything from townhouse. One suggestion would be to provide a guide to the cable tv channels as it was kind of confusing. Overall, furnishings were top notch and kitchen was well appointed and all cabinets were labeled which was helpful. We plan to come back again for another Thanksgiving or Christmas as we throughly enjoyed th cooler beach weather for that time of year.

This was a great home, beautiful decor and close to everything. The golf cart was an added bonus. Unfortunately someone had ran into the garage with the golf cart right before our stay so garage door wasn't working. I would have gave it five stars but also on the first night my daughter got locked in the bathroom for an hour due to a door lock malfunction.

The townhome was nice and we really enjoyed having the golf cart to get to and from the beach. We felt like a lot of things were broken throughout the stay. Firstly, the refrigerator/freezer was not cold upon our arrival and took over 12 hours to get to appropriate temperature. I called the emergency number, the staff person was very nice but said this happens almost every check-in day since the cleaning crew leaves the doors open to the refrigerator. I can’t possibly imagine it taking so long to clean the refrigerator that it gets over 50 degrees! We did have a couple of things actually spoil unfortunately. Besides that, the hair dryer provided completely stopped working randomly, the garage door opener didn’t work, the internet was out for hours one day, the dishwasher detergent flap was broken, the golf cart key was bent. Lots of little things that didn’t affect us too much but just inconvenienced a little. The floors were also pretty dirty still upon arrival. Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful condo. Super clean and comfortable. Loved the golf cart and bikes. Once we arrived we took the golf cart to the Publix, the beach and some amazing close restaurants. The nightlife is amazing! Perfect spot for my family of 5. Communication with booking service also easy and convenient.

What an incredible rental property and would love to come back again! The place had everything - abundant amount of bath towels, beach chairs, bikes, umbrella holder for the sand, great golf cart, amazing balcony, wonderful location, close the pool, and more. It was clean and had a great layout for our family!

We had an amazing trip at Crew Rest and 30a! This townhouse is fully stocked with everything and anything you could want! The golf cart was such a wonderful asset during our trip. The location is wonderful- centrally located right between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. It’s incredibly comfortable and well appointed- decorated beautifully. It was so nice that all the apps already had log ins- made watching much easier! Everything was perfect- couldn’t ask for better. We will be back next year!!! Thank you so much!

We had a great time here. Beautiful townhouse close to everything. Having access to the golf cart and bikes were a huge plus. We hardly had to use our car to go anywhere. This was a new place for us to vacation and we had a blast. Great place to vacation with a family. We will definitely be back. The beds were a little hard the first night, but then you get used to it. Definitely not a game changer for us. I would recommend using the Winn Dixie or Publix before you get to town and use the grill. We loved eating at the perfect pig, getting tacos and a beer at the chill, and eating at AJ’s in Grayson. My four year old absolutely loved this location and didn’t want to go home today.

We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Rosa Beach. This is a great home if you have kids as there are two areas with bunk beds that kids would enjoy. I would not recommend the bunk areas for adults, a little small. The home has everything you will need, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen items that are very clean. Living room area is a little small with only one couch and side chair. I think a small sectional would be a better option but for my family of 4 it worked out because my daughters were usually in their room in the evening watching tv. The location of this home is excellent. It is between Water Color Beach and Rosemary Beach, so perfect whichever direction you want to head out that day. December is a perfect time to vacation along 30A as the crowds are light. You can get around very easy and feels like a private hide away that only a few people know about. Beaches were clean, and that is important to me. White sugar like sand and none of the commercial hoopla you find when you are on the more public beaches of Destin Panama City. The home came with an electric golf cart and that makes it really nice to get to places. Just remember to keep an eye on the charge as it can run low pretty fast. My girls and I used the bikes each day and really enjoyed having those along with all the pool chairs. The home is clean and although it does not sit on the beach, it is a short walk, bike ride or golf cart/car ride to a number of public beach access points.
