'Emerald Dreams' is conveniently positioned in The Preserve at Inlet Beach, a quiet community located just north of Highway 98 and behind 30Avenue, a premium shopping center that is home to a host of amazing local restaurants. Newly constructed with a rejuvenating coastal ambiance, this two-story Florida home offers the peace and tranquility of a perfect coastal getaway. Its prime location is just minutes from the sugar-white beaches, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options, all along County Highway 30A! Unique to this community is the access to Lake Powell which is within walking distance from the home. Lake Powell is one of the largest coastal dune lakes in the world!
Hardwood floors, quartz counter-tops, gourmet kitchen, screened-in porch, and beachy undertones are just a few of the features that make this multi-level home a worthwhile escape. The large, open-plan living and dining room offer plenty of space for the whole family. The living room offers comfy furnishings while the dining area offers seating for up to 8 guests with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.
The first master suite is located on the first floor, sporting a king-sized bed and a private, luxurious bathroom, complete with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second floor holds three additional bedrooms: a second master suite with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with yet another walk-in shower, and two bunk rooms. The first bunk room holds 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, while the other holds a full-over-full bunk bed with a pullout twin trundle. In addition, the second floor loft provides the perfect space for the kids to hang out!

Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
No Pets/Animals: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Emerald Dreams' in The Preserve at Inlet Beach. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Emerald Dreams.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

The house is beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, and well appointed. We had plenty of towels, loved hanging out on the screened in porch, and found the beds super comfortable. We loved the house and the super short walk to the neighborhood pool. The reason for 1 less star is because it's much farther of a walk/bike ride to the beach than we expected from the home's description, and - the biggest point - you have to cross a major road to get to the beach. There were literally big trucks whizzing by on the road and I would definitely not feel comfortable riding the golf cart on it, let alone a bike on the side of it, and there are signs that say no golf carts allowed on the sidewalks beside the main road, so we crossed over the busy road quickly at a cross-walk and then drove thru pretty neighborhoods to zig-zag our way to the beach which actually was a fun little adventure and enjoyable. We didn't have any kids in our group and I was grateful we were a group of all adults given the route to/from the beach. We took the golf cart to the biggest public beach nearby and it was a 20 min walk or a ~15 min golf cart ride to it. The beach itself (Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access) was great with lots of room and public bathrooms.
This brand new home was everything we ask for. Not far at all from the beach and shopping centers plus different variety of restaurants to choose from. It was really home away from home. This home is very luxurious and spacious. The island in the kitchen really set things off. The kitchen had all appliances that you need. Their were plenty of bathrooms my favorite was the 2 master bedrooms those bathrooms had his & her sinks & a huge shower. The back closed in patio was my husband favorite he were able to watch the games & surely that’s where he spent most of his time. The kids enjoyed the bikes & cart. We will be back this is a home that I must have when visiting this area. My family had the best vacation!
We LOVED the house!! The only thing we would have loved was access to some beach chairs and possibly beach towels! We couldn’t have packed those in our luggage and would have made our stay even better!
Everything about this home was great. Beautifully decorated in a quiet neighborhood, yet very close to the beach! The golf cart was a great addition! The only things I would suggest is maybe a good knife set for the kitchen, towel hooks in the bathrooms and maybe a outside water hose. Even if they don’t add these things, we loved this home and would stay here again!
