Private Pool:
**Blue Heron's private pool/spa is heated daily for $50/night. If pool/spa heating is not desired please notify our office forty-eight (48hr) hours prior to check-in to avoid charges. The pool is 5 feet deep max.**
**The pool will be heated to a maximum of 84 degrees. This cannot be changed and may be less in very cold weather*
**Spa is heated to a maximum of 99 degrees. Spa is heated from 6pm- 10pm daily**
**** Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can led to the pool. This home is equipped with this state required alarm****
No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Blue Heron Haven' in NatureWalk at Seagrove on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted on premises of 'Blue Heron Haven' (Pool, Porches, Driveway, etc.) No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent
Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
Video Surveillance: Most of our properties feature 24 hour exterior video surveillance. This home in particular does in fact have exterior security cameras.

We had the absolute best time here! The house was beautiful and had anything and everything you would ever want or need. All of the accommodations were so nice and comfortable. The kitchen had every appliance or anything you would ever need. We will definitely be booking this house again!

The house was really nice. Loved the bikes and the pool. The biggest problem we had was the clothes dryer not working & taking extra time to dry during our stay. It took 2 different repairmen and we finally got the dryer fixed by Thursday.

Blue Heron is a finely appointed beautiful house with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. The provided accessories/kitchen and beach necessities are well above what’s usually provided in most rentals. Outdoor space was very relaxing and kept us there more than we would have been normally with pool/hot tub, tanning ledge chairs and fire pit along with a Green Egg grill we cooked steaks on. 5 nice bikes were well enjoyed and golf cart for half the week ( previous renter damaged it and was taken for repair and substitute not provided). All in all, a great house to rent!
