This charming Florida home, located in the Serenity Community, is situated in beautiful, sunny Dune Allen Beach. This beautiful two-story Florida home has a rejuvenating coastal ambiance, and will offer you and your whole family the peace and tranquility of the perfect coastal getaway. It's prime location, a short skip from Scenic Highway 30A, is just minutes from the sugary-white shores of Dune Allen Beach, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options, all along County Highway 30A!
Beautiful hardwood floors, Granite counter-tops, Shiplap Walls, and beachy undertones are just a few of the features that make this multi-level home worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfy furnishings while the dining area offers seating for up to 6 guest with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The large, open-plan Living and Dining Room offer plenty of room for entertaining the whole family, with plenty of room on the couch around the large, wall-mounted TV. Additionally, every bedroom boasts it's own TV, so no fighting over remotes on this vacation!
The master bedroom is located on the first floor; sporting a king-sized bed and a private, luxurious bathroom, complete a double vanity, Shower/Tub combo. The second floor holds three additional bedrooms: a second Master Suite with a king-sized bed and a private Bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, guest bedroom with a queen size bed and one bunk room. The bunk bedroom shares a bathroom together the guest bedroom containing dual vanities and a Shower/Tub Combo. The bunk room holds two bunk beds, one of them being custom built pirate ship! The bunk room provides the perfect space for the Kid's to hang out! If you need even more spaces to sleep, the loft area has a full and twin bed which has a mounted television and closet space.

The house was beautiful and the access to the beach was wonderful! We had a really good time but a few things we would suggest that may help out other guests. The grill was out during our stay and it would have been nice to be told that prior to. Also, the refrigerator doesn’t seem to be cooling at optimum temperature and the dryer worked on and off. It had to be put on a very specific setting to start drying. Might be worth having both appliances looked at. Also, there were only a few trash bags that were provided for the duration of our stay and it would have been nice to have more. Same with the rolls of toilet paper. I understand many paper goods fall to guest to pick up but these seem fairly basic. There were 13 of us and it seemed to go quick. Having a few more resources like that I feel like would go along way when you are vacationing. We had a great time and enjoyed the property, thanks for hosting us!

The house was nice. Not to far from the beach. However, there were very few cooking pots. The ones that are there, need to go in the trash. They are damaged. There was some mold on the door In the living room. And the sink upstairs may need draino.. other than that , it was fine.

It might be time for a new dryer, it took a long time for towels and other clothing to dry. Needed more washcloths. Lots of construction, large vehicles and work trucks block the road.

We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the location. The condo was very clean but could use more utensils, plates cooking items for larger families. Dining room chairs need to be replaced badly but other furniture very comfortable. Great location, loved having the bikes and golf cart. Beds fairly comfortable, very firm.

Home is gorgeous, plenty of towels and beds for people to sleep! Only had one kitchen towel and rag though, which was not convenient. Microwave didn’t work, and the dining room kitchen table chairs (3 of them to be specific) were not able to be used because the legs on the chairs were broken. Maintenance came and dropped off a new microwave for us, but the chairs were not fixed so we were not able to use them, which was pretty inconvenient. Overall, great location.

Condo was great. The living arrangements accommodated our entire group. I’d suggest adding some more kitchenware as we had to wash coffee cups, dinnerware, and silverware frequently. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Happy Monday! Our visit was fantastic! The home was very clean and most comfortable! The only suggestion I have is to replace the teal beach chairs. The metal is rusted and it bent as soon as it was sat in. Funny memory with that situation. Lol

This is such a beautiful home! It’s very spacious we had a group of 6 adults and 5 children and we were all comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable. The location was amazing and very close to the beach. We had ample towels to use. I couldn’t say enough good about our stay! Simply AMAZING!

Perfect location, loved having access to the golf cart and bikes, beautiful home, comfy beds, tons of space. We loved our stay! Our only issues would be that the house wasn’t stocked at all with a few essentials: extra trash bags, dish soap/dishwasher pods (I think there was only two?), and definitely some more dish towels and kitchen towels—I think there was only one of each which is kind of insane to expect that to cover an entire weeks stay haha. But overall great place!
