Lakewood Cottage in Seagrove Beach 30A

Awesome stay! Everything was super easy. Getting into the house was easy. Everything was there and waiting for us, the golf cart and bikes. Everything was well maintained, kept, organized, and impeccably clean.

Loved our time on the 30A! The house was in a great location. Everything was as described. Enjoyed using the golf cart and bikes. Would have liked to see a few more toiletries and kitchen supplies (garbage sacks, dishwasher detergent, etc.) Overall, great experience, thank you!

Wonderful house in a terrific location!

Everything was perfect with 2 small exceptions. 1. The dryer doesn’t seem to cycle properly and will continue to run until manually stopped. 2. The microwave seems to have a malfunction whereby the timed cooking intermittently doesn’t start until several attempts are made. Otherwise, stay exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful place and we really enjoyed it! We would come again. The driveway is extremely small and deceiving in the photos. Really works better for two small cars, NOT out SUVS. Also the information in the house was not aplicable to the place we were staying at. It said there was a target really close and Google maps showed it was 26 miles away. Really need to have up to date info

We had a great time. The house is perfect and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Getting around in the golf cart was fun and convenient but there is very little parking for the beach access! We would love to stay again.

My friends and I stayed at the Lakewood cottage recently. We were so happy to stay in such a clean and well kept house. The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. Having a golf cart to use was so much fun. Thanks for letting us stay in this beautifully decorated home.

The house was very good but, and there’s always a but, it was one bathroom short. For four people two bathrooms is perfect, any more the four and you need a third bathroom. We had seven people and two bathrooms was a pain. Otherwise no complaints.

The location was great! Having a golf cart was a nice bonus too. We would recommend this rental!

Our mini-snowbird trip was fabulous. When you’re staying a little longer, you appreciate the details. The place feels spacious and lives comfortably. The mattresses were excellent quality, the furniture, too. Kitchen? Well outfitted for cooking, and we cooked a lot. Tasteful decor. Everything worked as it should. We enjoyed the porch. Location was awesome, such a lovely (and short) walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Walked to the excellent Old Florida Fish House a few times. Explored 30A extensively and we loved being so centrally located. Highly recommend this cottage.

We really enjoyed our stay! Only snag was the dryer not working well and maintenance not getting out to remedy that during our stay, but it’s really a beautiful home with all the kitchen utensils you’d need. The beach is pretty dang close and gorgeous! The golf cart was such a bonus. Great food and great coffee nearby. We enjoyed every minute!

Clean and comfortable place. Games for the kids and well stocked kitchen. The bikes and golf cart were a great touch! The rental company was quick to respond when we needed to extend our stay. Highly recommend this place.

Stay was excellent. Only 2 minor issues…1. Back door is difficult to open. Almost like the dead bolt doesn’t allow door to open when unlocked. 2. Dryer gets warm but does not dry clothes. Just wanted to mention these things in case you wanted to address for the next guests. Otherwise, we had a great visit.

This house and nearby pool were exactly as represented in the photos. It exceeded our expectations both with the house and the area. The very short walk, bike ride, or golf cart ride made it extremely convenient to get to the beach, especially with kids. My only negative comment is that there was no extra bedding or blankets. Would most definitely go back!

Beautiful home with everything you need! Close to the beach, amazing golf cart, comfortable beds, absolutely perfect. The home is bigger and more beautiful than the pictures do it justice. Cannot recommend enough! Very responsive management company that was easy to txt chat with. Gorgeous pool! We will be back!

We had a great stay and the house was plenty of room for all us to enjoy our beach time. They had beach toys and chairs and great golf cart & bikes to get around to the beach and the pool. Although the location was a bit from the beach it was easy to hop on the golf cart and get to the beach. A few things we experienced were very minor. The kitchen could use a little more cooking utensils and pots. The upstairs bathroom had lose fixtures on the sink areas and the hooks by the toilet area. They provided plenty of towels and the beds were all very comfortable. We will definitely consider this property again for future stays in the Seagrove area.
