Upon entering the home you will notice hard wood floors and the open-floor design. Here you will find the living room, dining room, and the kitchen.

The kitchen boasts a Coastal Rustic feel with Granite counter-tops, a 3-person breakfast bar, and high-end stainless steel appliances including a large double-door refrigerator with filtered water dispenser. With plenty of room around the Dining Room Table, for those big family dinners, and a fully-appointed kitchen for even the most discriminating chef, Sandpeper is your next home away from home!

The living room holds a large flat screen T.V. and plenty of seating around it, room for entertaining the whole family!

The Master Suite features a King bed, premium contemporary coastal furniture, a large wall-mounted flat screen T.V., as well as a private bathroom with a double-vanity with granite counter-tops and a large Walk-in Shower. Working remotely is made easy in the master bedroom with the desk, monitor, keyboard, web cam and docking station! Whether its work or your kids schooling that needs to be finished, this is the spot!

The remaining 2 Guest Rooms (1 King & 1 Queen) with premium furnishings and large wall-mounted flat-screen T.V.s. T.V.s in every bedroom means no fighting over the remote on this vacation! The Guest Rooms share a bathroom with a Shower/Tub Combo.

The home was perfect for our little beach getaway. The beds in all 3 bedrooms were comfortable and the home has a very clean and cozy feeling. We enjoyed the large community pool and the use of the golf cart made our trip to the beach access very convenient.

We enjoyed your lovely home, especially the back screened porch area. Your beds slept great and we enjoyed the large couch and chairs while watching tv. Our only complaint was having construction going on during our stay, but it was not terrible. You did a wonderful job decorating and we loved the large master suite!! We liked being close to grocery stores, beach, pool, and Destin.

Home was wonderful but we had an issue w/the garage door/code so I called in within minutes of arriving. The breaker kept tripping & I was told someone would be out the next morning but no one ever came or called. Come to find out, 2 days later we figured out that our golf cart had not been charging when we plugged it in & that’s what was the tripping issue. Also, dropped something on the floor & had to look under the bed to retrieve it & the cleaning crew has definitely not been cleaning under them or the nightstands.

We had a wonderful time. The house was awesome and room for everyone. Loved the front and back porch and the swimming pool is great!! ❤️❤️ The house had everything that you needed in the kitchen and bikes too. The house is close to everything on 30A and Destin too.
