Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Sol and Sea. No exceptions will be made. I really enjoyed the location. The view was gorgeous. The condo was nice. We did notice quite a few bugs which isn’t unexpected for Florida. Shower in the master drains rather slow. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The condo was lovely and with all the amenities, very clean and decorated beautifully. Location was good too. The walk to the beach, meant going down approx 30+ steps and walking back up, not as fun. All in all the condo was perfect for us.

We had such a wonderful time on vacation! The location of this condo was the biggest reason for the success of the trip. Whether we were sitting on the balcony, sipping coffee on back porch, or chopping vegetables in the kitchen, we could see the ocean and felt like we were really enjoying the beach without even having to put our feet in the sand. We did plenty of that too, of course! The path to the beach was mere yards away, although there was a very steep, long stair case to get to the sand. Because of this we were limited as to what we could easily carry. The condo was accommodating and had everything we needed. There was some minor wear and tear inside, but it didn’t bother us. The AC was cold and beds were comfortable. We are already talking about our next trip!

This condo was wonderful! Clean, convenient, and amazing views. Only downfall was parking. Each spot was a double spot and labeled with our unit’s number; however, the neighbors frequently parked over the line or in our spot. This unit did not allow dogs (which we appreciate), but the unit next door did and that family brought their large pit bulls. It made me very nervous with our two young children playing in the same yard. That is not a complaint for our specific unit, but for the complex as a whole.

Very nice condo but needs a few minor repairs, such as toilet paper holders and a tub stopper for little ones to take a bath. Rugs at the doors are needed to help keep the floors cleaner. A few kitchen amenities, such a salt and pepper and plastic wrap, would be much appreciate. I also found the directions unclear - I went to the right number but wrong condo! And why did the boardwalk gate have a code? Despite these minor issues, I hope to stay here again next year.

The temp in a too hot upstairs and cold downstairs. Even with the curtains closed it is too hot upstairs. Better lighting in the master bathroom. And more blankets for the pull out sofa

The townhouse was in a superb location right on 30A with private beach access. My husband and I do wish that it had been better stocked with some beach essentials (towels, chairs, sunscreen, etc.) instead of those expenses falling on the renter. Other than that, we had a great stay! Waking up to the view from the master bedroom was paradise. :)
