The fully-appointed kitchen, completely renovated with White Carrerra Marble counter-tops, convection oven, a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher, will satisfy even the most-discriminating chef!
There is also a Dining Room table with seating for four, for those nights when you'd rather eat-in. All cooking utensils are provided for your convenience.

No Pets:
No pets of any kind are permitted in “Coral Chic Cottage” at The Villages of South Walton 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking:
Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in “Coral Chic Cottage”. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

January might not be the best month to head to the beach but the company, the place, and the food were delightful. Be careful with the Murphy bed - it doesn't stay up safely.

The location is great. So convenient to everything. FYI the AC had mold that was falling out in clumps. I’m sure it’s an on going issue wing in such a humid place but you may want to have it cleaned regularly. Also, the Murphy bed wouldn’t stay up. Since it was just my husband and I, it would have been nice to have the extra space. Also, we turned off the ice maker as it drops ice pretty loudly and would wake us up. You will want to turn it back on. Overall, a great trip and a lovely property.

Front door does not automatically lock when closed from the outside. Door wouldn’t lock at all from the outside. A fan is needed over the main bed. It got hot in that corner, even with air conditioner on high. Include a TV guide in a paper copy form. Mattress for the main bed was rather hard.

Beautiful decorations. Clean. Right next to Rosemary beach. Enjoyed nightly concerts. Only reason not 5 stars is the window was broken and couldn’t close so it would loud at night and in morning. I believe if the window was able to close we would have been able to hear very little.
