Step inside to find a modern sanctuary of peace and tranquility. You'll find the Master Suite, complete with King-sized bed, a desk in a designated office nook, dresser and nightstands, to be the perfect place to relax. Walk directly from the main bedroom to a private patio overlooking the large pool and green landscaping of the Courtyard. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity with exclusive glass counters, walk-in glass shower, as well as a large garden-style soaking tub.

Through the entry way you'll walk into the galley style kitchen where you'll find a large Sea Glass breakfast bar countertop seating for two. Behind the bar you'll find brand-new whirlpool appliances, including a freezer-on-bottom refrigerator, gas cooktop and oven.

Additional seating can be found just off of the open-concept living area, where there is plenty of room on the couch to gather around the TV. Don't worry, there are TV's in each bedroom as well, so no fighting over remotes on this vacation! A second spacious private patio/porch looks out over the beautiful pool area.

We were so pleased with our stay. The unit was immaculately clean and so beautiful and spacious for our family of 3. The area is GORGEOUS and so close to great shopping, restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful on site pool everyday as well and loved having breakfast at the restaurant located right on the property. Communication with BeachWalk Vacations was seemless and we are already planning our next visit. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was perfect for our family ! We loved the location and loved having access to bikes and the pool. The only complaint is that the beds definitely have some wear and tear and we’re not comfortable at all. Everything else was wonderful!!!

The Pointe 313 was a great option since RMB was full. Kudos to the owners for upgrading the unit! A nice condo that worked out great. Condos have great potential if maintained right. Request would be to -have full size coffee maker -safe deposit box -indoor lock (like hotels have) -more hooks in bathrooms and add on patio Fyi-all bikes have locks on them :)! On property rental was great We rented thru VRBO, would be nice if you made it aware on that site that you don’t communicate through that forum. Also make note, more like a hotel than vrbo with little “extras” in toiletries/kitchen area Also cannot set up umbrellas on Wall Street ramp. We are familiar but others may not be. Bike riding to beach was easy and fun for us Condos currently offer backpack chairs too which was an awesome perk We really enjoyed our stay which was first time outside of RMB Thank you for being responsive !
