No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Walkabout 30A at Gulf Place Courtyards on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Walkabout 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

This is a beautiful town home in an amazing Gulf Place complex. We had everything we needed for a few days vacation at the beach. The convenience of all the amenities such as pools, tennis courts, walking trails, beach and community yard games (corn hole and shuffleboard) were a plus! Although most places were within walking distance, we also put the bikes to good use, as the area is kind to cyclists. I hope to return again in the near future.

Great townhome! Beautifully decorated and great kitchen. Loved all three outdoor spaces. And the rooms were so quiet. Couldn’t hear noise from outside or any other part of the house in the bedrooms! Easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping! Would definitely stay there again!!

Beautiful, spacious place! Enjoyed our visit, just some suggestions: Door chime needs to be turned off. More kitchen supplies needed. Trash cans needed in all bathrooms. Gets a little warm on third floor loft area, a box fan or standing fan would help. Also a blind/shade to cover window on 3rd floor (loft area).Downstairs toilet still not flushing quite right, was like that when we checked in and bought a plunger but still slow to flush. More lighting (lamps)in 2nd floor guest bedroom. We did see a 3-4 foot snake on walkway to beach ( next to turtle pond next to the lot) so a raised boardwalk from the end of W Henry Ct to 30A would be helpful :) Just suggestions ! Santa Rosa was wonderful.
