The first floor Junior Master King Suite features a shared bath with a Shower/Tub Combo. The bottom floor is also complete with a laundry room (with full-sized washer and dryer) a spacious screened-in front porch and a Grill for cooking burgers on those hot summer nights!
Upstairs you will find another King Master Suite, with a large, en-suite bath, complete with a walk-in Shower and Soaking Tub. Also up here, you'll find the Bunk-room with TWO Twin-over-Full Bunk Beds, the perfect place for the kid's to hang out! Every room has it's own bath, and each has their own TV's, so no fighting over TV's or shower's on this vacay!

Smoking nor vaping are not permitted at Ventana Breeze in Blue Mountain Beach. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. Violations may also results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

Wonderful place to stay! The double master suites were perfect for our double family vacation.
We had great time! The Blue Mountain area is really up and coming and the house was great for our needs and in a great location. The golf cart is always such a blessing and makes the vacation even more fun and easy. If you are looking for an excellent Italian place try Mimmos, Skunk Gulley oyster bar was also yummy and a great view from the upstairs bar that looks out onto the ocean, and the Blue Mountain Bakery has some of the best cinnamon rolls ever.
A VERY clean house! Awesome cookware! Only problem we had was the golf cart dying on us and they came and fixed it as soon as we called! Definitely a great place!

Communication was simple and easy and just a phone call away when needed. Codes and locks were all easy to use.

My family and I had a great time, perfect location and everything was as described. The BBQ grill needs to be serviced/replaced as it would not heat up enough to cook and it kinda messed up our plans but other than that we are definitely coming back and will highly recommend it. Thank You!
We had a great visit. The house was clean and the perfect size for 3 adults. We really enjoyed the golf cart and bicycles. The beach, restaurants and shopping were close, and the coffee shop down the street was fabulous!
