Dune Side of Blue Mountain Beach is a new upscale resort community located among the highest elevations along 30A. The home also sits within walking (or biking) distance to Point Washington State Park, and its meandering nature trails, with beach access about a half of a mile from the front door!
On the back patio/porch, you will find a heated private pool and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the sunset. Alternatively, it's only a short walk from the covered front porch to get your toes in the sand!

**L'Aquila on 30A's private pool can be heated upon request between Oct. 14th - May 12th for $35 a day. If heating of the pool is desired please notify us forty-eight (48) hours in advanced as to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature. The pool is 5 feet deep max.
**** Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can led to the pool. This home is equipment with this state required alarm****
No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in L'Aquila on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in L'Aquila on 30A. No exceptions will be made. We had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful and perfectly prepared for us. The pictures don’t do it any justice. The house is new, clean, beautifully decorated and cozy. The location was great and easy to get around with the golf cart. We will definitely come back!

We got this house for a family vacation, we had two adults and four kids stay here. Everything was great, place was spotless, everything worked, cool little pool outback that you can cool off in after you come back from the beach, golf cart that was great to get you everywhere you need to go. Came with bikes too! Close to everything, put your car keys away and just use the golf cart to enjoy your beach vacation.

We had such a great stay. The home was very welcoming, very fresh, lots of light. In a perfect location. Well designed. It could use more supplies in the house. Like more dishwasher pods, aluminum foil, ice cube trays, more laundry detergent, cooking oil or some basic spices. Overall it really was an easy, relaxing stay. I would stay again.

The house was great. We did experience wifi issues, the power flickered at one point and we reset and tried everything to fix on our end, but no success. We couldn’t get anyone out to fix it. If you want to enjoy tv at night when you want to relax from a day at the beach or be able to work remotely (like us) then check first to see if there is an upgrade on wifi before renting this location. If none of that is needed for you then the location, size of home, and golf cart are great!

Our first family trip to Florida! We loved this home - extremely comfortable and room enough for two teens and a "tween" to have a great time. Golf cart was a super blessing. Our only downside was being next to constant construction of a new home next door, which we were not informed of beforehand. No way to sleep in past 7:30 a.m. :-( But overall, we really enjoyed it and would come back. Thanks!
