Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
The Beach Highlands Beach Access is only a mile away, but it has no restrooms, and only a handful of parking spaces.
The Bullard Beach Access is a completely undeveloped beach access on the west end of Dune Allen Beach, and is only about 1.2 miles from the home.
The Dune Allen Regional Beach Access is only 1.2 miles away, and has access to public restrooms, parking and a lifeguard station.
The Fort Panic Regional Beach Access is 1.4 miles away and is is ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.
The Topsail Hill Preserve offers a shuttle to the beach access from the parking lot ($6 admission per vehicle), approximately .8 miles from the home.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Relax at Sand Dune at Cypress Dunes on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Relax at Sand Dune. No exceptions will be made. We absolutely loved staying at 70 Cypress Cir. This cozy house was perfect for our family of 5. We took full advantage of using the golf cart to the beach and pool. The views from the pool deck of the beach are stellar. Perfect spot for yoga sessions with my daughter. This was our first time on the west coast of Florida and fell in love with 30A!!!! We enjoyed several nearby restaurants, Had a day of paddle boarding that began at Grayton Beach State park, and went to the ocean, which made for an epic day. We saw some dolphins and swam with a huge sea turtle. Also, watching the fighter jets fly continuously over the beach was a special treat!! We will definitely be back to 30A.
This house was nice and the shower was nice and hot thanks and y’all had some very nice bowls reminds me of my grandpa and grandma
We could have used more wash clothes and a link to read a little more about the golf cart. Everything else was wonderful! Please thank the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us.
