Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Serenity Breeze at Cypress Breeze Plantation on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
The interaction with BeachWalk rentals was perfect - every time I called someone was available and courteous and digital communication for check in and checkout was flawless (timely, frequent and easy). The rental property was very clean and having a golf cart, bikes, beach chairs and a nice backyard was great. The community pool was also great. A few things didn't work - like downstairs bathroom and fridge ice maker - and there were no side tables or any place to put a drink down in the living room (upstairs bedroom also only had one side table). Also the public beach parking lot filled up early and quickly so we had to use other beach accesses - it may be a good idea to put that in guest communication so guests don't get frustrated.
We have stayed at a lot of different places over the years, and typically the actual space is a let down from the pictures on the website… and in this case I am pleased to say that the actual house is even better than the photos! The furniture is comfy, the decoration is nice, and the bedrooms are set up great. There are lots of extra spaces in this house that really set it apart, such as the extra TV areas, the little kids play room, and the garage. We really liked the location, the golf cart was VERY handy and I wouldn’t stay at Santa Rosa without one now. The house had everything you need for beach days, etc. and the neighborhood pool is fantastic. The outdoor space at the house is beautiful as well, and we enjoyed grilling out after a day at the beach. There are also miles of trails through the forest behind the house for anyone interested in some trail walking/running to start their day off. This was one of our favorite places that we have stayed.
Our stay was great at this beach house. The management of the house was very communicative and did exactly what they said they would do. They were organized. The house was very cozy and large enough for 9 people (2 families). The proximity to the beach was half a mile. The pool in the neighborhood was superb. We loved all of the waterfalls. Location overall was great. We love 30a and have gone for the last 15 years. Enjoy!!
The house was perfect! We came down to Florida for a family with vacation with a group of 9, ages ranging from an infant to 38 years. The kids loved the toys, bikes, and scooters and we enjoyed watching them enjoy those amenities in the safety of the area. The area the house was located made it feel more private and the ability to utilize the go cart to get to the beach was amazing. We really enjoyed the home, the neighborhood, and the close proximity to shopping. We would definitely stay again for any future trips to this area.
The house is beautiful and clean. Kids love to ride bikes and the golf cart was a nice addition. The house thermostat was set so could not adjust so would get chilly in evening. The community pool was closed this week & called beach walk suppose to get a pool pass to another pool but they never dropped off. Overall would stay here again hopefully pool would be open.
