Upon entering the home you will notice hard wood floors and the open-floor design. Here you will find the living room, dining room, and the kitchen.
The kitchen boasts a Coastal Rustic feel with Granite counter-tops, a 4-person breakfast bar, and high-end stainless steel appliances including a large double-door refrigerator with filtered water dispenser.  There is a Dining Room Table and a fully-appointed kitchen for even the most discriminating chef, Serenity Breeze is your next home away from home!  
The living room holds a large flat screen cable T.V. above a Natural Gas Fireplace, and plenty of seating around it, room for entertaining the whole family!
The Master Suite features a King bed, premium contemporary coastal furniture, a large wall-mounted flat screen T.V., as well as a private bathroom with a double-vanity with granite counter-tops and a large, luxurious Walk-in Shower.

Beautiful house! Comfortable beds! Fun backyard! Gorgeous community that we enjoyed biking, walking, running through all the streets enjoying the ambience of the subdivision. Pool has got to be the best one in the area. So beautiful! The distance to town felt totally close enough for us. Golf cart rides to town were like 5 minutes, it seemed. I walked and biked a few times as well. Beautiful area!!! The only things needing adjusting are the gate code in the directions. It never worked. The top dishwasher tray was broken and kept falling. Not a big deal at all. We were just worried we’d break it more, so we were super careful with it. Had to work the router to get cable and internet working right, but got it just fine. Overall, great place and we had a great time! Thank you!

We had a great vacation. The house was clean and very well stocked for the beach and any cooking needs you might have. We used the grill on one occasion and it was in like new condition. The outdoor area is awesome and was a welcome spot for a morning coffee or an evening chat around the fire. I liked that it was propane powered so we could turn it on and turn it off as quickly as we wanted. The pool was awesome but I didn't realize it wasn't heated and much of our stay it was a bit cloudy and in the mid 70's. We weren't able to get in but was spectacular in size and longe area. The couch was showing some wear, and is uncomfortable to sit on on the left side. Minor for us as we were outside or at the beach most of the time but could be annoying if you had a back problem or were elderly. Overall, we had a great stay and would book again.

Loved the house and amenities! It had a few things that needed attention, I assume stemming from the fact that we were the first to rent it in several months. It was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed. Especially loved the bikes and golf cart - we used them quite a lot! Would definitely rent again!

The interaction with BeachWalk rentals was perfect - every time I called someone was available and courteous and digital communication for check in and checkout was flawless (timely, frequent and easy). The rental property was very clean and having a golf cart, bikes, beach chairs and a nice backyard was great. The community pool was also great. A few things didn't work - like downstairs bathroom and fridge ice maker - and there were no side tables or any place to put a drink down in the living room (upstairs bedroom also only had one side table). Also the public beach parking lot filled up early and quickly so we had to use other beach accesses - it may be a good idea to put that in guest communication so guests don't get frustrated.

We have stayed at a lot of different places over the years, and typically the actual space is a let down from the pictures on the website… and in this case I am pleased to say that the actual house is even better than the photos! The furniture is comfy, the decoration is nice, and the bedrooms are set up great. There are lots of extra spaces in this house that really set it apart, such as the extra TV areas, the little kids play room, and the garage. We really liked the location, the golf cart was VERY handy and I wouldn’t stay at Santa Rosa without one now. The house had everything you need for beach days, etc. and the neighborhood pool is fantastic. The outdoor space at the house is beautiful as well, and we enjoyed grilling out after a day at the beach. There are also miles of trails through the forest behind the house for anyone interested in some trail walking/running to start their day off. This was one of our favorite places that we have stayed.

Our stay was great at this beach house. The management of the house was very communicative and did exactly what they said they would do. They were organized. The house was very cozy and large enough for 9 people (2 families). The proximity to the beach was half a mile. The pool in the neighborhood was superb. We loved all of the waterfalls. Location overall was great. We love 30a and have gone for the last 15 years. Enjoy!!

The house was perfect! We came down to Florida for a family with vacation with a group of 9, ages ranging from an infant to 38 years. The kids loved the toys, bikes, and scooters and we enjoyed watching them enjoy those amenities in the safety of the area. The area the house was located made it feel more private and the ability to utilize the go cart to get to the beach was amazing. We really enjoyed the home, the neighborhood, and the close proximity to shopping. We would definitely stay again for any future trips to this area.

The house is beautiful and clean. Kids love to ride bikes and the golf cart was a nice addition. The house thermostat was set so could not adjust so would get chilly in evening. The community pool was closed this week & called beach walk suppose to get a pool pass to another pool but they never dropped off. Overall would stay here again hopefully pool would be open.
