Casa Veuve is a new (built in 2017) two-story Florida home with a rejuvenating coastal ambiance, and will offer you, and your whole family, the peace and tranquility of the perfect coastal getaway. It's prime location, a short skip from Scenic Highway 30A, is a mere 2 minute walk from the sugary-white shores of Dune Allen Beach, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options along County Highway 30A!
 
Beautiful hardwood floors, gorgeous Granite counter-tops and beachy undertones are just a few of the features that make this multi-level home worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfy furnishings while the dining area offers seating for up to 6 guest with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The second floor holds 3 additional bedrooms: 2 Guest Bedrooms (with a Queen-sized bed each), sharing a bathroom with a Walk-in Shower, and a second Master King Suite! The Master comes complete with a double vanity, a Walk-in Shower and a Soaking Tub. Additionally, every bedroom boasts it's own TV, so no fighting over remotes on this vacation!

Beach Access: Casa Veuve in Serenity at Dune Allen Beach on 30A enjoys access to several nearby (peaceful and secluded) Beach Access points.  The closest, the Dune Allen Regional Beach Access is located roughly 0.4 miles from the home.  It is complete with restrooms, plenty of parking, and a lifeguard station.
This home is also a short 0.6 miles from the West Allen Loop Public Beach Access. There is a shower, and plenty of bike parking and a few spaces for carts but no parking for cars.
Pool Access: The community of Serenity at Dune Allen on 30A features a community pool with bathrooms! The pool is just a short (about 2 minute) stroll south, down Old Winston Road.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Casa Veuve in Serenity at Dune Allen Beach on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Casa Veuve. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
