Tucked away off a beach end street, The Old Florida Cottages community offers a very easy walk to the sugar sand beach, with no major roads to cross. The cottages wrap around a large seasonally heated community pool and grilling area with covered pavilion and bathrooms.
Named after the blue lupine flowers that grace its large sand dunes, the coastal village of Blue Mountain Beach lies between Grayton Beach and Gulf Place along the scenic 30A corridor. 30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The community pool and grilling area is right across the street from the home! The Old Florida Cottages' community pool is seasonally heated for the months of March and April, along with Thanksgiving week.

Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Off-Piste in Old Florida Cottages on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.

A five star week in this comfortable family home! Complete with a golf cart and bikes it was so convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was well equipped for cooking and the large dining table was perfect for meals and family games. We didn’t need the loft but it would be great for kids. The towels were plentiful and the mattress in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. Thank you to the management company for supplying a coffee pot when we thought there was a missing part on the Krueg. They were very polite and responsive.
Beautiful home and great location. I highly recommend and will be back. Check-in/check-out was very easy. Well stocked with everything we needed (and more). We got in late and appreciated having paper towels & dishwashing liquid. It allowed us to get settled before making a grocery run. The Expresso machine was a luxurious touch. Thank you! Below isn’t for public. Please remove if anyone besides management/owner can view. A few suggestions in regards to cleaning. 1.) I went to place laundry supplies above washer and dryer and it was extremely dusty. 2.) Hair on master bedroom bedding. Instructions 1.) Golf cart instructions were a little confusing.

This was a wonderful location and the house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Loved the location! Golf cart and bikes were definitely a plus! The rack for our paddle board rental was nice to have as well. Everything was new and clean upon arrival but we were unable to locate a broom/vaccum for use during our stay.
Only things I could recommend are: 1) need a mattress pad and another pillow for the sleeper sofa. We had a tall son (6' 3") that chose the sleeper sofa over the short bunk beds upstairs. 2) the master bedroom door doesn't shut ... almost like the door jamb was not installed square when the place was last renovated. 3) the master bath door also needs tweaking as the bolt doesn't catch unless you apply pressure when closing the door. 4) move, get rid of or trim back the bushes on the right side of the driveway. Squeezing 2 cars in there with the golf cart alongside is really tight. 5) golf cart had a broken windscreen (that was noted) and a dangling wire that someone else had just attached up underneath. I couldn't get the high & low beam light switch to work while driving it at night. Might need to get those items addressed. Otherwise, worked great ... though it does have a very sensitive accelerator pedal. That's about it. Everything in the place seemed pretty new (appliances, furniture, dishes, glassware, etc.) and everything looked and worked great! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to someone else.
Hi, Thank you for opening you home to us! We booked as a group of 3 ladies for a work trip. The house was perfect!! We had plenty of space, house was extremely clean, location and area were perfect, hosts were very responsive. Golf cart and bikes were thoroughly enjoyed. A++++++ Loved everything!!!
