Just because you're on vacation, doesn't mean you can't host family dinners!
Conveniently located on the first floor is the first Master suite with a king bed and luxurious private Master Bath, with double vanities, a HUGE walk-in shower and soaking tub. Upstairs, you'll find two (2) more Junior Master bedrooms, each with their own private baths with shower/tub combos. Also, located on the second floor is a bunk room housing two (2) sets of custom-built twin-over-twin bunk beds.
Blue Moon Cottage offers three (3) beautifully furnished porches! The first is on the front of the home, offering a porch swing and four comfortable Adirondack chairs. The second is a wrap-around porch, and the third is screened in with a wall-mounted TV and a large dining room table with seating for ten (10). Perfect for al-freso dining!
Parking at Blue Moon Cottage at WaterColor Crossings on 30A includes parking for 3 to 4 vehicles, along with nearby neighborhood (overflow) parking on a first come first serve basis.

The WaterColor Beach Club:
This home has access to the The WaterColor Beach Club, approximately 1.6 miles through the Camp and Cottage Districts.
PLEASE NOTE: WaterColor is undergoing some updates to be even more amazing! The Beach Club is expanding, and during the construction process, beach access, beach side service including chairs and towels, as well as food service and restroom options will still be available. Below, we have listed the areas effected and when they are scheduled to be available for use. These dates are subject to change.
The pools currently available are the LakeHouse Pool, Sand Hill (Frog) Pool, Camp Pool, and the Dragonfly Pool (two minute walk from the house)!
All Watercolor Pools are Heated!

No pets of any kind are permitted in Blue Moon Cottage at WaterColor Crossings on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking:
Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Blue Moon Cottage. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Fireplace (pictured) is not for guest use.
Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.
