Tucked away off Florida Scenic Highway 393, Seabreeze is a hidden gem, with accommodations for up to 18 people in 4 Bedrooms, a bunk area, and 3.5 Baths. Seabreeze is located in the exclusive, gated community of Cypress Breeze, and it is within biking distance or a quick golf cart ride to the Ed Walline Regional Beach Access, as well as the vibrant artist colony of Gulf Place. There are plenty of amazing amenities surrounding Cypress Breeze to keep the whole family occupied!  Seabreeze will undoubtedly become one of your favorite Vacation Destinations for years to come!
 
Upon entering the home you will immediately see beautiful floors, furnishings, and the open-floor design. Here you will find the living room, dining room, sitting area, laundry room, master bedroom and the kitchen.
 
The kitchen boasts a Coastal Rustic feel with Granite counter-tops, a 4-person breakfast bar, and high-end stainless steel appliances including a large double-door refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, and a Keurig for both k-cups and drip coffee! There is a large, Dining Room Table and a fully-appointed kitchen for even the most discriminating chef, Seabreeze is your next home away from home!  Just because you're on vacation, doesn't mean you can't have home-cooked family dinners!  The huge Dining Room Table seats 8 (with another on the table nearby).  Additionally, there is a 6-foot fold-out table to bring the total number of indoor dining spaces to 20!  Don't forget the brand new, large patio table (seating 8) for al fresco dining on the screened-in porch!
 
The living room holds a large flat screen cable T.V. with plenty of seating around it, room for entertaining the whole family!
 
The Junior Master Suite features a Queen bed, a trundle bed for 2, a roll away bed, premium contemporary coastal furniture, a large wall-mounted flat screen T.V. and a private bathroom with two vanities and a large, luxurious Walk-in Shower.  With the Junior Master Queen Suite on the first floor (complete with a Twin daybed and fold-out Twin roll-away bed in the Master closet), this home sleeps 5 on it's bottom floor, making an excellent choice for those who have trouble with stairs!
 
Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, the King Master Suite and the Queen Guest Bedroom! The latter shares a Jack and jill bathroom (and a shower/tub combo) with the Bunk Room nearaby (sleeps 5). With premium furnishings and large wall-mounted flat-screen T.V.s. in every bedroom, you can be sure that there will be no fighting over the remote on this vacation! 
Lastly, there is an additional bunk in the loft! This sleeps two and has a sitting area with natural light windows where you can sit and relax with a cup of coffee.
Stroll out to the second-floor balcony to enjoy the weather, or head up the spiral staircase to the sun deck on the third floor! There are two lounge chairs for your relaxation!
Don't forget the best part! The large, furnished patio with plenty of seating AND A HOT TUB! The Perfect place to hang out with a beverage in hand beside the gas fire pit! There's also a brand, new, Propane Grill for the family Grill Master!
 
Cypress Breeze Plantation is a private, family-friendly, gated community of homes tucked away just beyond the sparkling white sands of County Highway 30A. Down the street from local dining and entertainment, and a walk, short bike ride or quick golf cart ride to the Beach, makes it's location perfect!
