The house and community are beautiful, but there is a couple of things to comment: 1- The garbage cans did not have a bear strap / lid. During the week the garbage was thrown by a bear. 2. The garage door kept opening randomly, several times when we returned from the beach it was open, and I made sure it was closed before leaving. 3. The A/C does not have enough power to keep the house fresh, and at night the rooms, specially the master bedroom was a little hot even though we put the a/c in the lowest possible. 4. The condition of the beach chairs is not good, 2 of them are basically damaged and the other 4 in regular shape..... 5. For a house for so many people, there was only a few beach chairs.... 6. One of the main seat chairs in the dinning table has 2 legs about to break, the chair is very flimsy and anyone can fall.... 7. We did not use the grill because since there are bears we did not feel confident on cooking with no fence and the trees right there with no visibility... you should consider either a fence or another place for the grill.... 8. In terms of the price, we booked this home with enough time in advance, our group rented 4 more houses in the community, and some of our friends found similar homes almost $1000 cheaper 1 month before our trip, so we felt we paid too much for the house....

Excellent communication and response time. The house worked perfectly for our group of nine people. The house had everything we needed with great amenities. Golf cart and bikes were a must. The family had a fantastic vacation.

We loved staying in this rental. The neighborhood was super nice and the house was super clean. The only thing missing was a big blender for the kitchen. The bikes were so fun and it was only a short ride to the beach. Many towels were provided in the house so no need to bring any from home. We will definitely be staying in this neighborhood again.
