Beach Access: The Seacrest Beach North Community enjoys private beach access, just down the street from the home, through the Sunset Beach Community located roughly 0.4 miles from the home.
 
Pool Access: This home is right down the street (about 300 feet!) from the Seacrest Community pool, the largest resort style pool on 30A!
 
Located in the world-reknown Seacrest Beach neighborhood is our beautiful TipSea Turtle at Seacrest Beach on 30A, offering spacious accommodations for 16 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Thoughtfully designed with guests in mind, this luxury home is an ideal place to escape, and enjoy the Florida sun and sea breeze.
As you drive up to this lovely 3-story home, you will see beautiful palm trees that will give you a big Florida welcome, the perfect start to your beach vacation! Named after the quirky Prince song, TipSea Turtle is a great location to experience both Florida starfish and local coffee!
The spacious living room is the perfect spot for entertaining, with a flat-screen TV and a comfy couch, there is enough room for the whole family!  The fully-appionted kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, will satisify even the most discriminating home chef! After all, just because you are on vacation, doesn't mean you can't have a nice home-cooked family dinner. The dining room table is large enough to seat 6, with extra seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.  Of course, you can always head out on 30A, to experience some of the best dining and entertainment in the area! 
The Master Suite has a King bed, along with its own private bathroom with double vanities, a jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. There are 2 guest bedrooms, both with Queen beds AND a set of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds. Upstairs there is a loft area with amazing views of Seacrest Beach, and yet another set of Queen-over-Queen AND Twin-over-Twin bunk beds.  This is the perfect place for the kids to hang out!
The fenced in, private backyard (a rarity in Seacrest Beach!) features a propane (provided) grill, along with plenty of seating on the patio furniture, the perfect place for your next family cookout. Parking for 4 vehicles means that you can bring the whole clan to enjoy the Florida Sun!  Speaking of the Sun, don't forget the world-famous Seacrest Beach Resort Pool, only 3 blocks away (about 300 feet) OR the adjacent Seacrest green space, located right behind the home...so pack your bags and get ready to enjoy your next 30A vacation!
Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This easy going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway boasting a 12,000 square foot community pool. Seacrest Beach is within walking or biking distance to the Emerald Coasts famous sugar white beaches and steps to the Seacrest Town Center or Rosemary Beach. The Seacrest Beach town center is located at The Village of South Walton, featuring delectable dining options, shops and bike rentals.
Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon. The community pool, open year round, is an impressive 378,000 gallons making it one of the largest community pools in Florida. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It can also be a great place for catch or a sunny picnic.
The Seacrest Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from tram stops within the community and the beach or the Lagoon. Simply call the tram to let them know you are at a designated tram stop and they will pick you up.

Pet Friendly: This property is pet friendly during fall, winter, and spring. Pets are PROHIBITED in peak season between 4/15 and 9/1. Limit of 1 pet per reservation with a weight limit of 40lbs.
A $150 pet fee (per pet) will be charged to the card on file.
Written permission must be provided to any pets (registered service animals) between 4/15 and 9/1.
Violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in the TipSea Turtle on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
