Beach Access: Flip Flop Zone is about 0.8 miles from the Blue Mountain Public Beach Access!  This is a convenient beach access with plenty of parking and restrooms. The Gulfview Heights Beach Access is also located roughly 1.4 miles (both short golf cart rides) from the home as well!
 
Pool Access: The Seasonally heated Community Pool, a 2 or 3 minute walk from the home, offers an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub, fire pit and more! Seasonally heated March and April!

A short walk from the home lies the stunning community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. The main home features a reverse plan with 2 King Master Suites, one on each level.  On the first floor, the Master King Suite has access to a spacious Master Bath with double vanities and a walk-in shower.  Smart TV's (with Direct TV) in every bedroom (and the Living Room) means no fighting for remotes on this vacation!
 
Ascending the wooden staircase you'll find the second Master King Suite, accompanying the bathroom with double vanity sinks and a shower/tub combo.  Up here, you'll also find the two Guest Bedrooms, one with 2 Twin beds and the other with a comfy Queen.  Both share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There's also a pullout Queen sleeper sofa, if your party requires an extra bed.

Would have loved to see a few dishwasher tabs left if all the dishes are expected to be cleaned before departure.

Love this property! It was in a good location and the bikes were great for our 14 year olds. Golf cart perfect for family. Bikes were great to ride around the neighborhood. We loved the house and couldn’t ask for anything better.

The only complaint I have is we had an issue with our air condition and it was not easy finding a way to contact you especially with it being on the weekend. I may have missed something but it would have been nice had you sent a contact email with phone numbers in the event there is a problem. Otherwise we loved our stay and especially the home and it’s location.

Fantastic house and location. Interior was well appointed by someone with good taste. Design and pantry- mikes hot honey, and tajin for the margarita rims. Plus a frozen margarita maker. I’ve been in my share of high end homes and that master shower was first class all the way. Slight issue with propane running out but management team had new tank out very quickly. Santa Rosa Beach itself seems to be a little off the tourist path. Caught a very welcoming local vibe everywhere we went.
