With beautiful Lake Views, and actually so close to the beach that you can hear the surf from one of the balcony/porches, this custom-built and tastefully decorated home offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, a larged fenced-in backyard and private dock on the lake!
The Master King Suite on the first floor is perfect for those who have trouble with stairs! Complete with a King Bed, private bathroom with stunning walk-in shower and soaking tub, as well as vouble vanity sinks.  Don't forget the office with desk and printer, perfect for the workaholic who just has to get stuff done on vacation!  This room also has a private, covered patio with plenty of seating and views of the Eastern Lake!
The second floor holds another King Master Suite, with yet another beautiful en-suite with walk-in shower, saoking tub and double vanities.  Smart TV's in every bedroom means no fighting over the remote on this trip!  Upstairs, you'll also find the Juniot Master King Suite (with private bathroom with walk-in shower), this bedroom also contains a Queen-size Murphy bed, in case your party needs the extra bed-space. Finally, the Bunk Room, with custom-built Twin-over-Twin bunk beds (the perfect place for the kid's to hang out) shares a bathroom with the final King Guest Room.
The dining room table holds seating for ten, with an additional six seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is a cook’s dream! No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Coastal Cottage on Seagrove Beach on Scenic 98. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Coastal Cottage. No exceptions will be made. Golf Cart:
The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.

**Coastal Cottage on Seagrove Beach's private pool can be heated upon request. If heating of the pool is desired please notify us forty-eight (48) hours in advanced as to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature.**
***The pool will be heated to a maximum of 83-85 degrees. This cannot be changed and may be less in very cold weather*******
Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can led to the pool. This home is equipped with this state required alarm****
