It's prime location, a short skip from Scenic Highway 30A, is only a 10 minute walk from the sugary-white shores of Dune Allen Beach, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options along County Highway 30A!

Walking through the front door, this magnificent home's living room will take your breath away!  With a 25 foot tall ceiling in the middle of the room, surrounded by 12 foot tall ceilings throughout the rest of the kitchen, living and dining areas, this is the perfect place to entertain the whole family in style! The dream kitchen includes top-end appliances, a walk-in pantry, a generously-sized island for entertaining and a natural gas range.  It is fully-appointed, and sure to please even the most discerning home chef! The living room and dining area feature folding doors that completely open onto the back deck, private pool, outdoor summer kitchen and lounging area, the perfect place to hang out in the Florida Sun with the fam!

The first floor also hosts an In-Law's Suite with King bed, beautiful en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower), a King Guest Room and a Bunk Room with TWO (2) sets of custom-built Twin-over-Twin bunk beds! The Guest and Bunk Rooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.  Down here, you'll find a laundry room (with full-size HE washer and dryer) and a powder room.

Don't forget the pool area! With the private pool & spa, lounging area and summer kitchen with custom-built Natural Gas Grill, this is where everyone will want to spend the whole Summer!

The second floor features gorgeous cathedral-style ceilings, open to the living room below. The luxurious Master King Suite with remarkable en-suite Master Bathroom and walk-in closet. The Master Bathroom has a double vanity and a HUGE walk-in shower with an accompanying soaking tub in the wet room.

The second floor hosts another another King bed in the Junior Master Suite and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There's also another Guest Bedroom with two (2) Queen beds and a Bunk Nook (Flex Space) with Queen-over-Queen bunks that share a bathroom with walk-in shower.

The third floor hosts the viewing porch with awe-inspiring Gulf views!
