No Pets:
No pets of any kind are permitted in “Big Sky Beach House” at NatureWalk on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking:
Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in “Big Sky Beach House”. No exceptions will be made. Golf Cart:
The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.

Our family stayed here for spring break in 2024. We loved everything about the home. The community was very quiet, family oriented, and friendly. If I were to give a suggestion, I would only say that the pots, pans, and cooking essentials need to be replaced with better stuff. We also felt restricted as far as using the golf cart, because it had to be parked inside the garage, which was only big enough to hold the golf cart. Outside the garage was the one car parking space and a car was always parked there. We had to move the car to get the cart in and out so we just didn’t use it :/ Otherwise, the whole process was very smooth! Heather from Beachwalk answered any questions I had. Thanks for the great memories!

Hello! We had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed the home! This is our second time using Beachwalk. One thing you could do to greatly improve the experience is to provide more household consumables, such as soap, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, etc. We were really hoping it would be different this year, but when spending 7,500 to stay in a home for one week, it seems a little unreasonable to have to run to the store to get things like hand soap. At the very least, PLEASE provide a bar of hand soap for each bathroom. We were excited to arrive after a long journey, and we all had to wash our hands with a small bottle of dishwashing detergent until we could run to the store. I know consumables add up, but I have to assume if hotels can provide it, rentals can as well. Thank you for considering!

We had a wonderful stay, the house was perfect for our family. Everyone had plenty of space. Everything was clearly detailed and explained for our stay. It was nice to be able to have to golf cart, bikes and beach gear available. I don’t know if this was coincidental, but I asked about a coffee pot, got the response that only a Keurig was available and when we showed up at the house there was a coffee pot, thank you! My only improvement would be for a better shampoo and conditioner option. This was my first Airbnb that did not provide both shampoo and conditioner. But overall, this was a very nice stay.

We had a great experience! The space is lovely, well laid out and well equipped. A few things to note. 1) Ants were stirred up on the right wall close to deck floor as you enter house from screened in porch. 2) Seating in front foyer, dining room and living room had stains in the fabric. 3) The connector for the sectional is damaged and needs repair. We plan to return next April and do plan to look up this unit for availability. Nature Walk at Seagrove is a wonderful community that we hope to experience on future trips to Panama City. One more thing, I appreciate the contact and notice when a representative needed to visit the property during our stay, I want to recommend in the future that when the representative can't make it as communicated that you update visitors to when the visit will actually occur. Thanks for wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed the house and the stay! The grill was a little rough so we just used the grill at The Gathering Place. Would have also loved a couple of extra blankets or throws for the cool nights. Otherwise everything else was fantastic! Thank you so much for the great week!

Beautiful house to spend a week in.. Great location and very quiet. Enjoyed taking the golf cart into Seaside and to the pool. Riding the provided bikes around the area was fun as well. It's close to town and just around the block from the pool. One heated this time of year was quite comfy and enjoyable.

The house and space was great BUT the garage was really messy with broken bikes and sand everywhere including in and on the golf cart. The front door was broken from day one and we could not lock it the first 2 nights which wasn’t great. Within the first hour of being there an AC guy was there with no warning he was there for a while- a heads up would have been nice. He blocked the driveway and we were not able to unload groceries/luggage or feel comfortable to leave the girls there alone with a stranger while we went to dinner. We had no use of the front door the entire trip which was also not ideal with kids going in and out. The shower curtain in the bunk room fell daily and sometimes during the night which woke the kids up- Parking wasn’t ideal but we moved cars around daily. Again nice house but just some inconvenient things that happened that was annoying.

Everything was great and clean! The only thing we had an issue with was the shower curtain in the bunk bed room kept falling down even when not being used. The bar won’t stay suctioned on. Wasn’t a big deal, we just had the kids use one of the other showers but just wanted to let you guys know. Also would be nice if there we some spare blankets, the kids in the top bunk beds got cold from a vent being there and there wasn’t any other blankets. Other then that everything was amazing, we can’t wait to go back!

Lovely, comfy home for 10 of us. Most everything we needed for the kitchen was there. We brought extra kitchen towels and dishcloths. We could have used a rubber spatula for the mixing bowls. Beachwalk management - Ali - was extremely helpful and kind. And he responded quickly. We had a few very minor issues. Everyone had a wonderful time !! Would highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough about the people working at BeachWalk Vacations Rental. We stayed at BIG SKY house at Nature Walk with our entire family. We had 8 adults and 4 children. The house was absolutely perfect. We had several issues but they were very responsive and helpful. I even left something and they were willing to ship it back to me. The only thing I would want to warn people about is the Beach access isn't easy. The closest access that we could rent chairs and umbrellas was the 395 access (about 2 miles away). BUT there is no where to park a car. So you had to drop everyone off and go park a significant ways away and walk to the access. we had little ones and getting to the beach was VERY difficult. The only other thing is the pools were not refreshing because the water felt like bath water. Im not sure if there is anything they could do about this. But since we are so far from beach the pool was our only saving grace to get out of heat. Overall, this community is beautiful and the house was amazing... so many nature trails...Very well run and managed.
