The famous WaterColor Beach Club is the landmark of the town, with 45,000 square feet of pure vacation bliss. Living area boast a large comfy sectional, two swivel chairs and two ottomans for extra seating or kicking your feet up, with easy access to the Powder Room. The kitchen boasts high end stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar with seating for four, large dining table for 8 and lovely new bar, with wine refrigerator.
Conveniently located on the first floor is the guest master suite with king bed, private walk-in shower. The second primary master suite can be found on the second floor with private balcony, 2 closets, and en-suite master bath with walk-in shower. Also, located on the second floor is an over-sized guest room with two queen beds, loft area with queen sofa sleeper, smart TV and fourth room housing custom twin bunk beds. The latter two rooms share an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo.
"Southern Breeze" offers two beautifully furnished porches! The first level porch is screened in with a large brand new southern porch swing and four comfortable Adirondack chairs. The second level balcony, is a wonderful place to relax and watch the amazing Florida sunset!
Parking at Southern Breeze includes two dedicated parking spots along with nearby neighborhood parking on a first come first serve basis.
30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairy tale like scene against some of the country’s most beautiful beaches. The WaterColor Beach Club:
This home has access to the The WaterColor Beach Club, approximately 1.6 miles through the Camp and Cottage Districts.
PLEASE NOTE: WaterColor is undergoing some updates to be even more amazing! The Beach Club is expanding, and during the construction process, beach access, beach side service including chairs and towels, as well as food service and restroom options will still be available. Below, we have listed the areas effected and when they are scheduled to be available for use. These dates are subject to change.
The pools currently available are the LakeHouse Pool, Sand Hill (Frog) Pool, Camp Pool, and the Dragonfly Pool (two minute walk from the house)!

No pets of any kind are permitted in Southern Breeze at WaterColor on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Southern Breeze. No exceptions will be made. Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.
