Heavenly Daze is a beautiful newly constructed (in 2022) house, just steps from the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of beautiful Seagrove Beach! This stunning 3-story home, offering resort accommodations 13 people in 4 bedrooms, includes an elevator for ease of access to the upper floors. Enjoy the private heated pool and the Natural Gas grill, covered and open patio, along with an outdoor shower to rinse off after your day at the beach!
 
Speaking of the beach, the community private (deeded) beach access is just steps away.  Use the 6 bikes or the 6-seater (street-legal) golf cart to cruise 30A and explore all there is to offer along the Beach!
The second floor hosts the main living spaces with an open-concept living, kitchen and dining area. The white ship-lapped walls and wood beams give the home a contemporary coastal chic vibes! The fully-appointed modern kitchen has high-end stainless steel Viking appliances, including a 6-burner gas range oven with vented hood, and is sure to keep even the most discriminating home chef pleased. The kitchen island has bar seating for 3, while the built-in dining area can seat up to 10.
There is a Queen Guest Bedroom, complete with a beautiful en suite with a walk-in shower and vanity on the second floor as well.
Jump in the elevator and soar to the third floor to find the King Master Suite, private (covered) balcony, and en suite with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second Queen Guest Bedroom and Bunk Room share a bathroom with two sinks and another walk-in shower. The Bunk Room has a Full-over-Full (with pullout Twin Trundle) and a Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed, sleeping up to 9 kiddo's comfortably!
The stacked HE Washer/Dryer means that you can do laundry during your stay!
When entering the driveway and covered car port you are welcomed by a spacious patio and private pool! Take a dip in the pool, or grill up a meal for the whole clan on the outdoor dining table. The covered pool gives you some shade from the sun.  There's also an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach!

Private Pool:
Heavenly Daze’s private pool can be heated upon request between Nov 1 - May 15th for $35 a day. If heating of the pool is desired, please notify us forty-eight (48) hours in advance to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature. The pool will be heated to a maximum of 80 degrees. This cannot be changed and maybe less in very cold weather
 
* Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can lead to the pool.*
No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Heavenly Daze at Seagrove Beach on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Heavenly Daze. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
 
Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
