The stay at the Pearl House was fantastic! We will definitely book all of our future stays with y’all! The only feedback we have for the owners of the Pearl…we loved the kitchen layout and the huge island…with a family of 7 we have a 12’ island back home. The toughest part of the island at the Pearl was that the stools though cool looking are for a bar height counter. It made it impossible for any of us to sit comfortably or safely for our littles at it…Hopefully they could sell them on marketplace and get new counter height stools. Being able to eat at the island is a main attraction. The other issue we experienced was the speed of internet was below par. With my husband and I working and our children doing online school it was impossible. Even without those demands…simply having enough band width to simply use the TV’s in the house was wanting. We did bring up the internet issue at the beginning but resetting the router didn’t change anything. Thanks again and hopefully those are simple fixes for the homeowners👍🏼😉

Beautiful house and good location. I would suggest a broom and a working vacuum especially in a beach rental. The floors get sandy even when leaving shoes outside. Amazing linens and extremely clean. beachwalk was great with details and extremely attentive to any needs. BeachWalk- I would suggest sending the recommendations for golf arts, bikes, beach equipment, etc more than a week in advance. We could have used those recommendation far in advance because things book up fast. I emailed you guys 3 weeks ago about recommendations and never heard back . During our stay at the Pearl House we enjoyed the stay, however there were some things I think can be improved upon as a management company. Although everyone I spoke with was very kind and friendly, there were amenities at the house which could have worked out much better.

We loved Pearl house, it was perfectly set up for 2 families. My only negative about this rental was that we didn’t have any wash clothes when we arrived.
